PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing for a food machine which has such a simple structure as to facilitate low-cost manufacture of the sliding bearing and can dissolve leakage problem of grease while providing reduced size, reduced weight, saved space and lower torque of the sliding bearing.SOLUTION: A sliding bearing 1 for a food machine which is a bearing for supporting a rotation shaft 9 of the food machine used when mixing and kneading food raw material and food product includes an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3. Therein, the inner ring 2 is made of stainless steel, the outer ring 3 is made of a molding of synthetic resin, the inner ring 2 has a concave surface on a part in the axial direction of an outer circumference and has bearing hole fitted to a support shaft on an inner circumference respectively, the outer ring 3 has a convex surface which comes into opposite contact with the concave surface of the outer circumference of the inner ring 2 and slides on a part in the axial direction of the inner circumference, and the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 are relatively rotated in non-contact with each other besides the contact part between the convex surface and the concave surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing that has a simple structure which is easily manufactured at low cost, can omit any heat insulating sleeve or the like, not affected by the material and/or the surface roughness of a counter sliding roller, can permit any moment load with low friction torque and low abrasion, and easily changed, and an image forming device using the same.SOLUTION: The sliding bearing 1 is a radial sliding bearing having an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3. The inner ring 2 is formed of ingot metal, and the outer ring 3 is formed of a formed body of a resin composition. The inner ring 2 has a concave curved surface 2a in a part of the outer circumference in the axial direction, and a bearing hole 4 to be fitted to a support shaft in the inner circumference. The outer ring 3 has a sliding convex curved surface 3a which is brought into opposing contact with the concave curved surface 2a of the outer circumference of the inner ring 2 in a part of the inner circumference in the axial direction. The inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 are rotated relatively to each other in a non-contact manner in a part except a contact part between the convex curved surface with the concave curved surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin nut reducing partial wear of a screw thread and extending the service life even under a high contact pressure condition, and also to provide a sliding screw device using the nut. SOLUTION: The nut 3 is screwed with a screw shaft 1, is axially moved relatively with the screw shaft 1, and has a predetermined wall thickness. The predetermined wall thickness can approximately uniformize contact pressure distribution in an axial direction in contact faces of the nut and the screw shaft when the load is applied to the nut in an axial cross-section of the nut, and the contact pressure distribution is acquired by heat transmission-structure interaction analysis by a finite element method using two-dimensional axisymmetric model of the nut. The predetermined wall thickness is formed so that the expression of (the predetermined wall thickness)/(length in an axial direction of the resin nut) is within a range of 0.1-0.24. SOLUTION: The resin nut relatively moves on the shaft of a metal screw shaft while sliding without a lubricant. Where the thread groove part threadedly engaged with the metal screw shaft, is formed of a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition prepared by compounding a polyphenylene sulfide resin with at least a tetrafluoroethylene resin and an organic resin powder infusible at 280°C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a cylindrical, columnar and tabular resin dielectric which is reduced in cost and is excellent in dielectric characteristic, using a resin material mixing a dielectric ceramic powder with a fluorine resin powder of PTFE resin and the like. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the resin system dielectric comprises a mixing step for mixing at least the fluorine resin powder and the dielectric ceramic powder into a mixture; and a molding step for molding the mixture into a cylindrical, columnar and tabular compact by means of a ram extrusion molding method. The fluorine resin powder is at least a powder selected from the PTFE resin and the denatured PTFE resin. The dielectric ceramic powder is mixed at the mixing step with a ratio of 5 to 50 vol% in a total of mixture. The obtained resin dielectric is not smaller than 3 in specific permittivity and not larger than 0.01 in dielectric tangent under a frequency of 1 GHz or less and a temperature of 25°C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide nut of a slide screw device, and the slide screw device superior in sliding properties such as seizure resistance and abrasion resistance even under a high load condition.SOLUTION: The slide nut relatively moves while sliding on a shaft of a screw shaft in accompany with rotation of the screw shaft in the slide screw device, a nut body 3a is composed of ingot metal, and a resin layer 3b of a resin composition applying a synthetic resin as a base resin, is superposed and formed as a groove portion, on a surface of a female screw portion engaged with the screw shaft of the nut body by injection molding. A prescribed chemical surface treatment is executed on a joint face with the resin layer 3b, of the nut body 3a.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle guide for a variable capacity type axial piston pump, which can be manufactured easily and reduced in cost but can satisfy load resistance, wear resistance and low friction characteristics all, and to provide the variable capacity type axial piston pump employing the cradle guide.SOLUTION: A cradle guide 1 is brought into slide-contact with a cradle 3 which adjusts a piston stroke in a variable capacity type axial piston pump, and holds the cradle 3 in a swingable manner. The cradle guide 1 includes a sintered metallic member 1a, and a resin layer 1b comprised of a resin composition containing an aromatic polyether ketone based resin as a base resin. The resin layer 1b is provided integrally while being overlapped on at least a surface of the sintered metallic member 1a in slide-contact with the cradle 3 for thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm by injection molding.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding bearing for a compressor, having high dimensional accuracy while being easily manufactured, excellent heat resistance, low resistance, low frictionality, low abrasion resistance, load bearing and creep resistance, giving low rotational torque; and to provide a compressor equipped with the sliding bearing.SOLUTION: The sliding bearing 1 supports a rolling member for driving a compression mechanism of the compressor in a manner allowing rotation. The sliding bearing 1 is constituted that a sintered metal substrate 2 includes a sliding surface of a resin layer 3 composed of a resin composition containing an aromatic polyether ketone based resin as a base resin; wherein the resin layer 3 is overlayed and integrally disposed on the surface of the sintered metal substrate 2 with the thickness of 0.1-0.7 mm by injection molding. Also, the resin composition contains a fibrous filler 4, and in the resin layer 3, the fibrous filler 4 is oriented so that the length direction of fibers intersects at an angle of 45-90 ° with the sliding direction of the sliding bearing.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer bearing manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a multilayer bearing excellent in characteristics such as creep resistance, low frictional properties, and abrasion resistance under high contact pressure inexpensively with high quality and high productivity.SOLUTION: The method includes a pressing step of continuously forming a plurality of plate-shaped parts 2a that become metal plates 2 on a belt-shaped continuous metal hoop member 1, an injection molding step of continuously supplying the metal hoop member 1 to an injection molding machine, and injection-molding a resin layer 4 using, as a material, a resin composite having a synthetic resin as a base resin on at least one surface of the plate-shaped part 2a, and a separation step of separating the metal plate 2 on which the resin layer 4 is formed from the metal hoop member 1 to obtain a multilayer bearing 6. The method further includes a step of rolling up the metal plate into a cylindrical shape after the separation step.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-sliding material that prevents the color of a partner metal coming into slide contact with the resin-sliding material from being changed into black due to rust, even under high-temperature high-humidity conditions and that is excellent in low friction, abrasion resistance, and creep resistance in the presence of a lubricant.SOLUTION: The resin-sliding material for machine tool comes into slide contact with the partner metal in the presence of the lubricant and consists mainly of a PTFE resin. The resin-sliding material is blended with metal powders lower in standard single electrode potential than that of a material metal of the partner metal. Alternatively, the resin-sliding material is blended with a regenerated PTFE resin powder.
