Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device with a rotation sensor capable of preventing coil from breaking, and small-sizing and lightening a rotation sensor. SOLUTION: The bearing device with a rotation sensor comprises an exterior member 1 and an interior member 2, a rotor 3 intervening among the two members and the rotation sensor 7. To the either of the exterior member 1 and the interior member 2, a ring-shape magnetic yoke 8 containing a coil 12 is attached and to the other member, a pulser ring 9 is attached, respectively, and the rotation sensor 7 is constituted of the magnetic yoke 8 and the pulser ring 9. Rotation detection is attained by generated voltage induced by the relative rotation between the yoke 8 and the pulser ring 9. The coil 12 of the magnetic yoke 8 is made by tightening the coil winding in one body. The coil winding is fixed by using a self-welding wire or bonding agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna-equipped rolling bearing wherein a seal and an antenna is easily incorporated therein at reduced cost using the small number of part items. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing has an inner member 3 and an outer member 2 which are rotatable relative to each other via rolling elements 4. The rolling bearing has the seal 18 for sealing an end of an annular space between the inner member 3 and the outer member 2. The antenna 43 for transmitting signals is embedded in the seal 18. A generator 11 which generates electric power using the relative rotation between the outer and inner members is provided between the outer and inner members 2 and 3. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator-equipped wheel bearing device for a driven wheel wherein the number of part items and costs are reduced by eliminating the need to install seal members in a generator installation part. SOLUTION: An outer member 1 and an inner member 2 are rotatable relative to each other via a plurality of rows of rolling elements 3. The outer member 1 is mounted to a vehicle body and a wheel is mounted to the inner member 2. A cover 12 for covering the overall end of the bearing device is mounted to the outer member 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard test piece in which the position and size of an inclusion in a metal material are clearly specified, an analyzer which is calibrated using the standard test piece, a mechanical component which is inspected using the analyzer, and a method of manufacturing the standard test piece.SOLUTION: A standard test piece 10 is formed by joining a plurality of test pieces 11 and 12 made of metal. The standard test piece 10 is characterized in that, on junction interfaces 11a and 12a of the plurality of test pieces 11 and 12, particles 13 are arranged which are made of a material different from that of the test pieces 11 and 12.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding burning detection device capable of detecting grinding burning over the whole of an inspection object, and shortening time required for the detection of the local grinding burning of the inspection object.SOLUTION: A grinding burning detection device has a first coil 3, a first power supply 12, a magnetic field sensor 5, a second power supply 13, and signal processing means 14. The signal processing means 14 obtains Barkhausen noise from a signal detected by the magnetic field sensor 5, determines the presence/absence of grinding burning over the whole of an inspection object from the Barkhausen noise, and determines the presence/absence of the local grinding burning of an inspection object W from detection output based on an eddy current generated by the inspection object W magnetized by the second coil 6.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device that enhances temperature measuring accuracy of a bearing ring by improving thermal conductivity from the bearing ring to an object to be measured and shortening time for which heat is transferred from the bearing ring to the object to be measured to reduce a time difference of temperature measurement.SOLUTION: In the bearing device, a non-contact temperature sensor 7 is arranged at an outer ring spacer 5 for measuring the temperature of an inner ring spacer 4 in a non-contact manner. The inner ring spacer 4 includes a spacer body 10 and a spacer surface part 12 arranged on the surface of the spacer body 10, which is measured by the non-contact temperature sensor 7. The spacer surface part 12 is formed of a material higher in thermal conductivity than that of the spacer body 10.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Barkhausen noise inspection device capable of exactly detecting an abnormal part of an inspection object even when temperature of a detection sensor head including an excitation coil and a magnetism detection sensor changes by fluctuation of ambient temperature and heat generation of energization, or the like.SOLUTION: The Barkhausen noise inspection device includes: the magnetism detection sensor which consists of an excitation coil 11 which magnetizes an inspection object W, and a detection coil 13 which detects Barkhausen noise which is generated by the inspection object W magnetized by the excitation coil 11; and a power supply 4 which supplies AC current for enabling the excitation coil 11 to generate an AC magnetic field for magnetization. The Barkhausen noise inspection device is provided with; temperature measurement means 7 for measuring the temperature of the magnetism detection sensor, and Barkhausen noise output correction means 9 for correcting output of the Barkhausen noise detected by the magnetism detection sensor for the temperature of the magnetism detection sensor measured by the temperature measurement means 7.

SOLUTION: In the method for inspecting hardening quality, an electric current is carried by the inspection target 1 by current-carrying electrodes 3 and 4 and the potential difference between two arbitrary points of the inspection target 1 is measured to inspect hardening quality. SOLUTION: This device has a measuring object excitation part 4 for exciting a workpiece W by an AC magnetic field, a detection means 5 for detecting a signal generated at an excitation time of the workpiece W by the measuring object excitation part 4, a Barkhausen noise detection circuit 14 for extracting a Barkhausen noise from a detection signal detected by the detection means 5, and a determination means 16 for determining existence of grinding burn in the workpiece W from the Barkhausen noise extracted by the Barkhausen noise detection circuit 14.
