    Abstract: A hand vacuum includes a nozzle portion at a front end of the hand vacuum having a dirty air inlet. An air flow passage extends from the dirty air inlet to a clean air outlet in a main body rearward of the nozzle portion. The main body houses a suction motor in the air flow passage. First and second laterally spaced apart opposed arm members extend between the nozzle portion and the main body, and a volume is positioned between the nozzle portion, the main body and the opposed arm members. An air treatment member assembly comprising an air treatment member is removably positionable in the volume. A pistol grip handle assembly is provided on a lower portion of the main body. The handle assembly is positioned rearward of the volume and the air treatment member assembly is removable downwardly.

    Abstract: A puller apparatus has a path through which an extrusion travels downstream from an outlet of an extruder and upper and lower extrusion puller members that define a portion of the path. At least one of the extrusion puller members is a drive member to provide forward motion to an extrusion. A mounting arm is moveably mounted to the puller apparatus at a mounting location. The mounting arm has a first portion on one side of the mounting location and a second portion on an opposed side of the mounting location. The upper extrusion puller member is mounted to the first portion of the mounting arm. The mounting arm is movable from a lowered position in which the upper extrusion puller member is positioned to engage an extrusion in the path and a raised position in which the upper extrusion puller member is spaced upwardly from the lowered position.

    Abstract: A surface cleaning apparatus has a floor cleaning unit comprising a surface cleaning head and a handle drivingly connected thereto. A surface cleaning unit is removably mounted to the floor cleaning unit. The surface cleaning unit comprises a cyclone having an axially extending outlet conduit, a pre-motor filter positioned in the air flow passage downstream from the outlet conduit, and a suction motor downstream from the pre-motor filter. A first air flow path portion that extends from the outlet conduit to the suction motor is generally linear. A second air flow path portion that comprises a flexible conduit provides air flow communication between the surface cleaning head and the surface cleaning unit when the surface cleaning unit is mounted to the floor cleaning unit. The flexible conduit is removable with the surface cleaning unit when the surface cleaning unit is removed from the floor cleaning unit. The cyclone is positioned above the suction motor when the surface cleaning unit is mounted to the floor cleaning unit.
