Abstract:

Furthermore, a partition wall 80 partitioning a space S1 in which the contact part 60 is arranged and a space S2 housing the drive shaft 25 of the drive block 2 is included. The partition wall 80 has a press part 81 being pressed by a presser part 49, and a wall 82 extending from the press part 81 and contractible in the extension direction.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device capable of securing the operability of a movable contactor with certainty.SOLUTION: In a contact device 1, a yoke 50 abuts on a wall surface 41d of a wall part 41c to regulate rotation of a movable contactor 29 to which the yoke 50 is attached. When the movable contactor 29 to which the yoke 50 is attached rotates, the yoke 50 abuts only on a wall surface 41dR of one region R1 obtained by dividing the wall surface 41d by a virtual line L passing through a rotation center C of the yoke 50.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay capable of reducing electromagnetic repulsive force which causes the separation between a fixed terminal block and a movable contact piece, and also capable of flowing a higher current, without the use of a large electromagnet device.SOLUTION: A movable contact piece 20 is provided with a square-shaped through-hole 20c having a width shorter than a diameter of a fixed terminal block 10 so that the movable contact piece 20 and the fixed terminal block 10 are brought into contact with each other at two positions, thereby reducing electromagnetic repulsive force generated between the movable contact piece 20 and the fixed terminal block 10. Consequently, a contact load can be reduced to enable the use of a small electromagnet device, thereby making it possible to reduce the size of an electromagnetic relay. Further, a higher current can be flown between the fixed terminal block 10 and the movable contact piece 20.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device which enables a movable contact to smoothly move and secures an enlargement space of an arc.SOLUTION: A contact device includes: a base 41; a movable contact 29 housed in the base 41; and one or multiple rotation stopper parts 50 which is (are) provided between the movable contact 29 and the base 41 as a body separated from the movable contact 29 and regulates (regulate) rotations of the movable contact 29. Rotation direction movements of the movable contact 29, which moves in one direction, are regulated by any one of the rotation stopper parts 50.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device capable of reliably bringing a movable contact into contact with a fixed contact at three contact points when the movable contact and the fixed contact are made to be in contact with each other at the three contact points.SOLUTION: A contact device 1 includes: plural fixed terminals 37 each having a fixed contact 35; a movable terminal 28 which is provided with movable contacts 31a, 31b and 31c each detachably coming into contact with the fixed contact 35, and which performs a relative movement with respect to the fixed terminal 37; and a pressure spring 33 which presses the movable terminal 28 to cause the fixed contact 35 to contact with the movable contacts 31a, 31b and 31c. The contact device 1 is arranged so that a load center x of the pressure spring 33 is positioned on a line L2 connecting a midpoint M1 of a line L1 connecting so that the distance between the movable contacts 31a, 31b and 31c and any two of areas R1, R2 and R3 coming into contact with the fixed contact 35 is the shortest, and a point P1 where the distance from the midpoint M1 in the other contact area is the shortest.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact and/or operation failures that can be caused by the presence of guide walls.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic relay includes: a movable contactor 2 which closes a circuit by short-circuiting between a pair of fixed contacts 10, 10 by coming into contact with the fixed contacts and opens the circuit by being separated from the fixed contacts; and a guide walls 5 which guide the movement of the movable contactor at the time of opening/closing. Each of edges in the movable contactor to be guided by the guide walls is rounded to have a cross-sectional shape forming a convex curved surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device that suppresses shock of contact between contacts.SOLUTION: Upon energization of a coil 13, a movable iron core 17 is moved in a direction toward a fixed iron core 15, and movable contacts 31 provided in a movable contactor 29 that is moved integrally with the movable iron core 17 are brought into contact with fixed contacts 35. Each of the fixed contacts 35 has: a fixed portion 35a that is mounted and fixed to a fixed contact holding portion 41 through a fixed terminal 37; and a contact mounting portion 37b that bends at an angle of 90 degrees and extends from the fixed portion 35a. Each of the contact mounting portions 37b is separated from a surface of a cut depression 41c of the fixed contact holding portion 41, with a space 43 formed therebetween.
