Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor chip on which a specimen cell can be caught longer than a conventional sensor chip and in which, since electric noise is reduced, even a weaker electric signal can be measured accurately.SOLUTION: In a sensor chip, a hydrocarbon film or an organic silicon film is formed in a part of a substrate or in a part of a through hole. Thus, an examinee cell can be prevented from being destroyed by passing the through hole and since electric capacitance of the sensor chip is reduced, electric noise is extremely reduced, such that high-accuracy cell electrophysiological measurement can be performed for a long time. Thus, pharmacological effects can be evaluated efficiently.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophysiological measurement device capable of suppressing an effect of a compound secreted from a subject during measurement or the subject nearby without damage thereof.SOLUTION: The electrophysiological measurement device includes: a sensor chip 3 including at least one conduction hole 5 capturing the subject; a retaining plate 4 retaining the sensor chip 3; and a well including a through-hole 2 joined to an upper surface of the retaining plate 4. The electrophysiological measurement device for measuring electrophysiology of the subject 7 by filling the upper surface and a lower surface of the sensor chip 3 with a solution, includes a secretion absorber 6 absorbing the secretion of the subject 7, at a part filled with the solution.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve electrophysiological measurement corresponding to a polarity of a specimen having the polarity, and to perform simultaneous electrophysiological measurement of different domains of the same specimen. SOLUTION: In order to attain the purpose, this electrophysiological measuring device includes a substrate 1 on which a channel groove 4 having an inner wall for the flow of a solution containing the specimen is formed, a specimen capturing part 6 for capturing the specimen in the channel groove 4, and a conduction hole 5 for communicating a solution not containing the specimen with the channel groove 4 in order to measure an electrophysiological phenomenon of the specimen. The specimen capturing part 6 is allowed to capture the specimen so that the polarity carried by the specimen itself introduced into the channel groove 4 is oriented, and electrophysiological measurement is performed corresponding to the polarity of the specimen. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended particulate matter removal apparatus that mitigates a burden of an operator put on the exchange of a washing liquid and the treatment of washing drainage and also reduces an environmental load by decreasing the amount of generated washing drainage. SOLUTION: The suspended particulate matter removal apparatus 1 is configured so that a detachable washing liquid cartridge 9 is connected to a washing system inside the apparatus 1, the washing drainage 25 generated in washing is collected in the washing liquid cartridge 9, to recycle as a washing liquid 8 by accelerating floatation/separation of oils in the water drainage 25 inside the washing liquid cartridge 9 using a floated oil acceleration means 22, to maintain detergency during reuse by preventing the floated oil 26 from remixing in the washing liquid 8 using a floated oil stirring prevention means 23, and to determine an exchange time of the washing liquid cartridge 9 by an exchange time determining means 28 to report it by an exchange time reporting means 29. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid regenerator which can efficiently scrape a liquid adhering to a liquid adhesion body by improving adhesion between the liquid adhesion body and a scraping part, and can reduce the number of regeneration treatments to improve regeneration efficiency. SOLUTION: The liquid adhesion body 4 is made to adhere to the scraping part 5 by using a pressing means 6 so as to hold the scraping part 5. The scraping part 5 is provided with a liquid receiving part 16 to receive liquid running down from the liquid adhesion body 4. The scraping part 5 is provided with a shaft hole 15 penetrated by a rotary shaft 7, thereby supporting the scraping part 5 so as not to slip. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric dust collector having the function of treating waste water capable of separating and recovering waste washing-water without relying on an existing independent waste-water treatment facility, whereby its introduction cost and installation space are reduced. SOLUTION: The electric dust collector 1 having the function of treating waste washing-water comprised of a dust collection section 3 and a storage tank 16 disposed in the lower part thereof is constructed in such a manner that waste washing-water flows into the storage tank 16 via a first water discharge pipe 15a and is subsequently separated into a layer of a first washing liquid 6 and a layer of a second washing liquid 8, each of which is recycled to a first waste-water recovery tank 23a and a second waste-water recovery tank 23b respectively for reuse if the degree of contamination is low enough. Thereby the electric dust collector 1 having the function of treating waste washing-water is capable of separating, recovering, and properly treating waste washing-water without relying on an existing independent waste-water treatment facility, and the introduction cost thereof and the installation space therefor are reduced.
