Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection device which switches a network after considering whether a disadvantage of a user occurs or not due to switching of the network.SOLUTION: A network connection device includes: one or more network devices; a network switching control unit which determines a second network as a candidate network to which connection of a network device is switched from a first network to which the network device is currently connecting; a network relation state determination unit which determines whether the network device is used or not to form a PAN; a disadvantageous disconnection determination unit which determines whether a disadvantage of a user will be caused or not by switching connection to the second network, on the basis of the result of the determination; and a switching acceptability determination unit which prohibits switching the connection to the second network if the result of the determination is that the disadvantage of the user will be caused.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content use management system, for reducing the load of a user terminal by causing a delivery server to reliably and optimally control use of contents in the user terminal.
SOLUTION: Each of user terminals 4a-4n transmits terminal capability information to a user condition management server 3 according to a user instruction, and also transmits a content use request (LT issuing request). The use condition management server 3 retains license information for each user, cuts out, based on the request and terminal capability information from the user, part or all of a use condition shown by the license information corresponding to the user according to expectation information (ELI) contained in the LT issuing request, generates a license ticket (LT) containing the cut authority information (UR-Uc), and transmits it to the user terminal 4a-4n. The user terminal 4a-4n controls the use of the content based on the right information (UR-Uc) of the received license ticket (LT).
