A power supply device position detecting section 102 detects a relative position of the power supply device in a peripheral image imaged by the camera. A display section 105 displays an absolute position of the charger and the relative position of the power supply device, which is detected by the power supply device position detecting section 102, on one screen with the image imaged by the camera 101.

The storage battery controller (20, 40) comprises: a deterioration degree detection part (22) for detecting the degree of deterioration of each of the plurality of storage battery units (10); a quiescent time calculation part (21) for calculating quiescent time of the storage battery unit depending on the detected degree of deterioration; and a charge/discharge control part (40) for shifting respective start time of charge or discharge of the plurality of storage battery units corresponding to the calculated quiescent time, in performing switching between the charge and discharge.
