PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide positioning of a power supply device and a charger even if the power supply device approaches the charger.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle display device 100 is installed on a vehicle having the charger charging an on-vehicle storage battery by a non-contact system from a ground charging device. A camera 101 images an image around the vehicle. A power supply device position detecting section 102 detects a relative position of the power supply device in a peripheral image imaged by the camera. A display section 105 displays an absolute position of the charger and the relative position of the power supply device, which is detected by the power supply device position detecting section 102, on one screen with the image imaged by the camera 101.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery controller, storage battery control method, power storage system, and drive system for an electric vehicle which are capable of lengthening a battery life of an entire system having a plurality of storage battery units connected in parallel.SOLUTION: A storage battery controller (20, 40) controls charge and discharge of a plurality of storage battery units (10) connected in parallel. The storage battery controller (20, 40) comprises: a deterioration degree detection part (22) for detecting the degree of deterioration of each of the plurality of storage battery units (10); a quiescent time calculation part (21) for calculating quiescent time of the storage battery unit depending on the detected degree of deterioration; and a charge/discharge control part (40) for shifting respective start time of charge or discharge of the plurality of storage battery units corresponding to the calculated quiescent time, in performing switching between the charge and discharge.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle surroundings monitoring device and method, capable of further accurately acquiring a state of obstacles around a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle surroundings monitoring device 100 includes: a camera 110 which takes an image of vehicle surroundings including part of an own vehicle; an obstacle detection part 120 which detects an obstacle located in the vehicle surroundings, and calculates a distance between the detected obstacle and the own vehicle; and a monitor 180 which displays the image taken by the camera 110 and an obstacle display image indicating the distance calculated by the detection part 120 on one screen.
