    Abstract: Improvements to filtration and vessels such as for filtration and coalescing of gas streams are shown. A filter element with a partial treated region and untreated region such as providing different surface energies or other filtration characteristics are provided. Various keying arrangements for compatibility and /or rotational locking are shown between the filtration vessel, a tubular coalescing baffle, and/or filter element. The tubular coalescing baffle also may include non-louvered pore structure, which provides for more even flow in a two stage type filtration vessel to prevent premature exiting and reduction of flow velocities along the second stage, and/or may additionally or alternatively include drainage apertures such as drain slot formed along a gravitational bottom or otherwise to facilitate additional drainage of coalesced liquid as opposed to letting such liquid be forced through fluid velocity toward the open end of the tubular baffle.

    Abstract: Se muestran mejoramientos a la filtración y en recipientes tales como para filtración y coalescencia de corrientes de gas. Se proporciona un elemento filtrante con una región parcialmente tratada y una región no tratada tal como la provisión de diferentes energías superficiales u otras características de filtración. Se muestran varias disposiciones de enchavetado para compatibilidad y/o bloqueo rotacional entre el recipiente de filtración, un deflector de coalescencia, y/o un elemento filtrante. El deflector de coalescencia tubular también puede incluir una estructura porosa no enrejada, que proporciona un flujo más uniforme en un recipiente de filtración del tipo de dos etapas para evitar la salida prematura y la reducción de velocidades de flujo a lo largo de la segunda etapa, y/o puede incluir adicionalmente o alternativamente aberturas de drenaje tal como la ranura de drenaje formada a lo largo de un fondo gravitacional o de otra manera para facilitar el drenaje adicional de líquido aglomerar en vez de dejar que dicho líquido pase a través del extremo abierto del deflector tubular por la velocidad del fluido.
