    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a disklike information carrier more in the radial direction on a turntable by applying a radial clamp member so that it engages the internal wall of a positioning hole of the disklike information carrier and an axial clamp member so that it engages the radial surface of the disklike information carrier. SOLUTION: A spring 6 is arranged on the peripheral surface of a conic centering mandrel 5. A pressure part 7 which is arranged on the centering mandrel 5 is able to move toward the center positioning hole 4 in a negative direction Z through an actual mechanism. Consequently, the spring 6 is also operated by a projection part 7a of the pressure part 7 and is able to move toward the center positioning hole 4. For the axial fixation of the disklike information carrier 2, an axial pressure disk 8 is provided. The pressure disk 8 has a clamp surface 8a operating on the radial surface 2a of the disklike information carrier 2.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a damper by a simple and highly reliable method by connecting a base part to an integrated fixing element by an elastic cover part. SOLUTION: A damper 1 is formed of a cylindrical base part 2, an elastic cover part 3 for shutting it off, and a fixing pin 4 as fixing element, and the base part 2 and the cover part 3 surround a cavity 5 filled with oil. The fixing pin 4 is positioned in the center of the cover part 3, the inside part 4a is extended to the cavity 5, and the outside part 4b is extended across the cavity 5 and the cover part 3, so that the fixing pin 4 is connected to the elastic cover part 3 in the axial central region 4c. The base part 2 and the fixing pin 4 are made of a hard and nonelastic synthetic material, and the damper 1 is manufactured by a multiple parts molding method. Because the fixing pin is integrally formed with the base part and the cover part, the damper can be installed by a simple method and dispenses with the another installation of the fixing pin and the damper.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simple and reliable loading device for a magnetic tape cassette device capable of moving a magnetic tape cassette into each position with min. force. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a 1st elevating plate 25 for moving a cassette holder 1 and an elevating element 8 capable of rotating on a frame 15 fitted to a deck plate 16 and freely rotatably combined with the cassette holder 1. The cassette holder, the 1st elevating plate and the elevating element are movable in the horizontal loading direction 3 between an intermediate position and a take-out position. During movement of the loading device from the intermediate position into a play position or from the play position into the intermediate position, the cassette holder is moved from the intermediate position into the play position or from the play position into the intermediate position in an approximately vertical loading direction 21, while the 1st elevating plate is moved in the horizontal loading direction, so as to make the elevator element 8 perform rotary motion, acting force upon the cassette holder 1 and the elevating element 8.

    Abstract: A disk loading mechanism comprises a frame and a roller mounted on a carrier. The carrier is pivotable with respect to the frame to bias the roller onto the disk. It would be advantageous to provide a disk loading mechanism in which the forces exerted on a disk to be inserted in or ejected from a drive unit by a roller providing a movement of the disk are equal for the inserting and ejecting operations. To better address one or more of these concerns it is suggested to provide a disk loading mechanism comprising reduction gears which do not transmit any other than rotational forces onto the roller. Any other forces are accommodated for by the carrier and compensate each other such that they do not have any influence on the biasing of the carrier towards the disk.
