The invention relates to a method for automatic customization of a service to a user by a remote host (32') by means of a telematic communication (40), said remote host comprising storage means (47) for storing a background information about the user, said method comprising the steps of initiating a trigger information (39) at a user's site upon an occurrence of an event corresponding to a need of the user, acquiring a context information (36) about the user at the user's site, combining the trigger information (39) with the context information (36) in a specific message, sending the specific message to the remote host by means of the telematic communication, receiving the specific message by the remote host, processing of said trigger information by the remote host in combination with the background information (47) according to a prestored user identification (45), processing said context information (43) by the remote host, putting forward a service offer to the user based on a combination of said trigger information (41), said background information (47) and said context information (43).
Abstract:
A device to carry out a bioelectrical interaction with an individual by means of electrodes 29, 29a whereby an on-demand verification of the integrity of the electrical contact of the electrodes is implemented. The device 20 comprises a control unit 22 arranged to determine an occurrence of the predefined event related to a quality of a measured signal. In case the predetermined event is detected, the control unit 22 actuates the testing means 24. The testing means is arranged to generate the test signals, I1,12 and to apply them via a coupling circuit 23, 23a to the electrodes. In case it is desired that cumulative information about the contact integrity is obtained, is it sufficient to apply a single test signal per electrode. In case it is required to determine which of the electrodes has lost its contact, a sequence of test signals is generated by the sequencer 24b. The response signal from the electrodes 29, 29a is forwarded to the input filter 26, which is preferably also used for a normal signal analysis. The signal from the input filter 26 is directed via the input impedance 25, 25a to the input amplifier 28. The amplified response signal is forwarded to the signal processing means 30 which is arranged to analyze the response signal. Preferably, an amplitude analysis is done. The signal from the signal processing means 30 is supplied to the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) 32 after which a digital processing of the response signal is carried out by means of a further processing unit 34. In case the further processing unit 34 determines that the integrity of the contact is below the allowable level, the lead-off indicator 36 is actuated.

A system (6) arranged to route a dialog between an operator of a call center and a customer. Said system comprising a communication script (44) arranged to follow a scenario corresponding to a customer's case by means of presenting a plurality of messages to the operator. Said system further comprising means (3,7) for determining a type of the scenario, means (11) for determining a current state of the scenario and a generator (9) of the communication script (44). Said generator being arranged to select a plurality of messages (44a, 44b, 44c) from a database of messages (10) in compliance with said type and said current state in order to obtain a plurality of selected messages. Ranking means (14b) are arranged to rank the selected messages, wherein the message with a higher relevance to the current state of the scenario being ranked higher. A user interface (8) arranged to present the selected messages together with their rank (46a, 46b, 46c) to the operator in a list (18).
