Abstract: A keyboard device includes plural key structures. Each key structure includes a keycap, a membrane circuit board, a key frame, an elastic conduction element and a connecting member. The membrane circuit board is located under the keycap. The key frame is arranged between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The key frame includes a frame body and a bottom plate. The bottom plate is arranged between the key frame and the membrane circuit board. The bottom plate includes a perforation. The elastic conduction element is arranged between the keycap and the bottom plate of the key frame. The perforation is covered by the elastic conduction element. The connecting member is arranged between the keycap and the bottom plate of the key frame. The keycap is movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the bottom plate of the key frame through the connecting member.

Abstract: A keycap forming method includes the following steps. Firstly, a stabilizer bar is formed through a first male mold and a first female mold according to an injection molding process, and a keycap is formed through a second male mold and a second female mold according to the injection molding process. Then, the stabilizer bar is fixed on the first male mold, and the keycap is fixed on the second female mold. Then, the first male mold and the second female mold are stacked on each other, so that the stabilizer bar and the keycap are combined together. Then, the first male mold and the second female mold are separated from each other, so that the stabilizer bar is detached from the first male mold. By using the keycap forming method, it is not necessary to manually assemble the stabilizer bar with the keycap.

Abstract: The present invention provides a keycap, which includes a lower plate and an upper cover. The lower plate has two openings respectively through two opposite sides of the lower plate to respectively define two elastic arms. The upper cover is configured to be detachably assembled on the lower plate, in which the upper cover has two abutting portions and a protrusion, and the two abutting portions are respectively disposed on two opposite inner sides of the upper cover and respectively correspond to the two elastic arms, and each of the two abutting portions is configured to abut against a portion of the corresponding elastic arm, and the protrusion is disposed on an inner top surface of the upper cover and corresponds to one of the two openings.

Abstract: A force-sensitive key module and a force-sensitive switch structure are provided. The force-sensitive switch structure includes a first protective layer, a second protective layer, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a force-sensitive layer. The first protective layer receives a pressing force. The second conductive layer is aligned with the first conductive layer. The force-sensitive layer is installed on the first conductive layer or the second conductive layer. When the first protective layer receives the pressing force, an electric connection between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer is established, and the force-sensitive layer generates an analog sensing signal in response to the pressing force. When a magnitude of the pressing force is changed, the analog sensing signal is correspondingly changed according to an impedance change of the force-sensitive layer.

Abstract: The present invention provides a keyboard device, including a plurality of keys, thin film circuit boards, and key bottom plates. A connection component of the key is connected between a keycap of the key and a bottom plate connection portion of key bottom plate, and the bottom plate connection portion has a connection portion surface corresponding to the keycap and a raised portion formed on the connection portion surface. When the keycap moves downward relative to the thin film circuit board, a lower surface of the keycap knocks the raised portion.
