    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a scheduling entity in communication with a set of scheduled entities within a wireless communication network. The scheduling entity groups a plurality of tones into uplink clusters, where each uplink cluster includes one or more adjacent tones. In addition, the scheduling entity maps a first set of uplink clusters to a first virtual cluster group (VCG) for an uplink control channel, assigns the first VCG to a first scheduled entity of the set of one or more scheduled entities, provides a first VCG index identifying the first VCG to the first scheduled entity and receives uplink control information from the first scheduled entity on the first VCG over the uplink control channel.

Additionally or alternatively, the TA index may be determined from an SRS index transmitted by the TRP, where the TA index corresponds to a TA for uplink information in a physical uplink shared channel.     Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may apply transmit power control (TPC) commands and transmit uplink information based on received downlink control information (DCI). A UE may receive multiple DCI messages including multiple TPC commands for an uplink transmission. The power level for the uplink transmission may be adjusted based on the combination of TPC commands. For example, the TPC commands may be considered together (e.g., added, averaged, etc.), the latest TPC command may be used, etc. In some cases, a change in TPC command for an uplink transmission (e.g., from a previous TPC command for the uplink transmission indicated via other DCI) may indicate a change in one or more transmission attributes for the uplink transmission. In some cases, a UE may receive a grant for a prioritized transmission, resulting in discontinuous transmission (DTX) of a previous transmission, which may result in TPC modification by the UE.

The scheduled transmissions overlap in at least one slot. The method includes determining which channel to transmit UCI on and which channel to drop for each of the first and second one or more slots. For example, a user equipment (UE) may identify a base sequence of an uplink control message. In some examples, the signaling that indicates the randomized shift may be explicit, implicit, or a combination thereof. After determining one or more shifted sequences based on the UE-specific initial shift, a payload of the uplink control message, and the base sequence, the UE may select a shifted sequence to be transmitted, where the selection is based on a payload of the uplink control message. For example, different shifted sequences may be selected for respective transmissions of scheduling requests, 1-bit acknowledgments (ACKs), 2-bit ACKs, and the like.
