    Abstract: A column accommodation device (1) includes a housing in which a column accommodation space (4) is provided, and a chip column (6) having a plate-shape and having an internal flow path (40) filled with a separation medium (41) is accommodated in the column accommodation space (4). An outer surface of the chip column (6) is provided with openings (42) respectively communicating with both ends of the internal flow path. Inside of the column accommodation space (4) is provided with a guide (18) for guiding the chip column (6) to a predetermined position. The column accommodation device (1) includes a seal device (32) for connecting and releasing pipes (44) to and from the openings (42) of the chip column (6), and a controller (46) configured to perform operation control of the seal device (32), and the controller (46) is configured to fluidly connect the pipes (44) with respect to the openings (42) of the chip column (6) when it is determined that the chip column (6) is arranged at the predetermined position.

    Abstract: A needle driver moves a sampling needle. A display controller displays a layout input portion for receiving input of layout information in regard to an additional sample container in a display unit. A position information acquirer acquires position information representing positions of a predetermined count of containing portions in an additional sample container based on teaching work. A storage stores the input layout information and the acquired position information. A designation information acquirer acquires designation information designating a containing portion. A movement controller controls the needle driver based on the stored layout information, the stored position information and the acquired designation information such that the sampling needle is moved to the containing portion designated by the designation information.

    Abstract: There are provided a sample cooling device capable of preventing air containing moisture from flowing into an accommodating chamber from outside the accommodating chamber, and of desirably dehumidifying air inside the accommodating chamber, and an autosampler provided with the same. Air is sent into an accommodating chamber 11 by a blower section 100 from outside the accommodating chamber 11 and the air is cooled by a dehumidifier section 13 to thereby cause dehumidified air to be supplied into the accommodating chamber 11. With the air sent into the accommodating chamber 11 by the blower section 100 from outside the accommodating chamber 11, the inside of the accommodating chamber 11 may be placed in a pressurized state. Since dehumidified air is supplied into the accommodating chamber 11 by air sent into the accommodating chamber 11 by the blower section 100 from outside the accommodating chamber 11 being cooled by the dehumidifier section 13, the humidity inside the accommodating chamber 11 may be prevented from rising due to the air that is sent from the blower section 100.

    Abstract: The auto-sampler for chromatographs includes a needle for sampling configured to move while a tip end thereof faces vertically downward; a switching valve having a plurality of ports to which channels constituting a chromatograph are connected, the switching valve switching between port connecting conditions to switch between channel configurations; and an injection port including an opening at an upper surface thereof through which a tip end of the needle is inserted to make the needle fluidically communicate with a pipe connected to one port of the switching valve, and a needle seal configured to get into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the tip end portion to make the needle fluidically communicate with the pipe in a liquid-tight manner when the tip end of the needle is inserted through the opening.

    Abstract: An autosampler includes an injection port for supplying a sample to an analysis device, a needle that collects the sample stored in a vial and injects the sample into the injection port, a cleaning unit that cleans the needle and a gas exhaust fan. The cleaning unit includes a cleaning container which stores a cleaning liquid and into which the needle is inserted, and a unit main body that has a space for storing the cleaning container and receiving the cleaning liquid overflowing from the cleaning container, and a unit gas exhaust passage for exhausting gas in the space outwardly of the cleaning unit. The unit main body has a unit opening through which the needle passes when accessing the cleaning container. The autosampler includes a boundary portion that separates a first region in which the injection port, the needle and the unit opening are arranged from a second region in which the gas exhaust fan is arranged, and a gas exhaust region which is connected to the unit gas exhaust passage via a gas exhaust opening provided at the boundary portion and into which gas exhausted from the space flows due to a negative pressure generated by the gas exhaust fan.
