Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring instrument which is simple and has a high accuracy, by making a contact probe contact to a shaft to be measured and applying a measuring pressure, and providing a displacement sensor for generating an electric signal corresponding to an inclination. CONSTITUTION:The titled measuring instrument consists of a contact probe 1 which contacts to a shaft to be measured C and can turn forward and backward by following its inclination, a displacement sensor for generating a voltage signal responding to a displacement of its probe 1, and a circuit for displaying electrically an inclination from this voltage signal. In this state, a measuring instrument part A is placed on a reference surface D, the probe 1 is made to contact to the shaft C, and thereafter, when a slide block 9 is pressed against the direction as indicated with an arrow, a gap X between a sensor plate 4 and a sensor head 5 is varied. In response to it, the head 5 generates a voltage signal corresponding to an inclination angle, and when its signal is inputted to an amplifier 11, the inclination angle is displayed digitally on a voltmeter 12 immediately. Therefore, in a design a studying stage, the accuracy of each parts is grasped effectively, and it can be reflected quickly in the design.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and highly accurately adjust relative position between lenses and therewith suppress the generation of spherical aberration in an object lens consisting of a plurality of lenses and having a numerical aperture of >=0.7 or more. SOLUTION: The object lens of an optical pickup device consists of a plurality of lenses and then writes and reads information signal to an optical recording medium. Therein edge parts 1a, 2a at a near side to the optical recording medium of one lens 1 are made to taper surfaces or reflection preventing films are formed on the edge parts 1a, 2a.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an objective lens of a plurality of lenses and to accurately adjust relative positions between lenses when numerical aperture is >=0.7. SOLUTION: After attaching and fixing one lens 1 in a cylindrical lens holder 3 made of synthetic resin material, another lens 2 is positioned with one lens 1 as reference and fixed in the holder 3 so as to decide the relative positions between the respective lenses 1 and 2.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact grease coating device with the excellent workability, which can be filled with a large quantity of grease and which can eliminate the happening of coating failure such as idle operation and a lack of coating. SOLUTION: In this lubricant coating device 1, the lubricant is pumped up to a grease suction pipe 13 from a lubricant storage device 11 by a supplying manual pump 10. The pumped-up lubricant is filled inside of a cylinder space 25 of a coating pump 20 through a grease supplying pipe 14. In the coating pump 20, a piston member 22 is driven by operating a compressed air supplying device 30 so as to feed the compressed air into the grease filling part 25A. The grease is extruded by this piston member 22, and supply of the grease is adjusted by an adjusting valve, and the grease is supplied to a coating nozzle 47, and supplied for coating to a lubrication part of a body to be lubricated by a coating nozzle 47.

PURPOSE:To provide a pneumatic clutch mechanism whose size and weight are attempted to be reduced and by which output torque with high accuracy can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:This mechanism is constituted so that power can be connected/ disconnected by a torque value in proportion to a supplied air pressure by supplying a compressed air having arbitary pressure from outside to a cylindrical piston 17 in cylindrical cylinders 10a, 10b arrange inside a clutch mechanism 10. Thereby, output torque in proportion to the supplied air pressure is obtained with a high accuracy and the mechanism can be reduced in its size and weight the application to a screwing driver, etc., becomes effective.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure the extraction of an IC chip without damaging a socket and the chip, by providing a pair of grip arms, pull-up arms, which are turned in the reverse directions to each other, a pair of catch arms, which are turned in the same directions as the pull-up arms, and a chucks, which are lifted with the IC chip being held. CONSTITUTION:When the upper parts of a pair of grip arms 1 are squeezed, the lower ends are expanded, and pull-up arms 3 are turned in the directions of arrows. With the turning of the pull-up arms 3, links 4 are lifted. When the links 4 are lifted, catch arms 5 are turned in the directions of arrows, and the tips of the links 4 are narrowed as shown by arrows. Chucks 6 formed at the tips hold an IC chip 7. After the chucks 6 are contacted with the IC chip 7, the upper ends of the catch arms 5 are moved in the separating direction each other in long holes 9. The links 4 continue to rise up, and the IC chip 7 is extracted out of a socket 8.
