    Abstract: Disclosed is an in-memory computing device and method. The in-memory computing device includes: a memory unit including bit cells configured to store first input data having a reference-bit-count, receive second input data also having the reference-bit-count, and perform a multiplication operation between the first input data and the second input data; and an operation unit including: a first adder tree configured to output intermediate operation results by adding results of performing the multiplication operation output with respect to each of the bit cells; a branch module configured to branch the intermediate operation results according to an operation mode of the in-memory computing device; and a second adder tree configured to output a final operation result based on an output of the branch module.

    Abstract: An electronic device can include a first housing, a second housing accommodating a portion of the first housing and including a guide groove formed in a first edge thereof, a flexible display including a first display area arranged on the first housing, and a second display area extending from the first display area. The second display area is configured so as to move on the basis of the sliding movement of the first housing in a first direction; and a support member including a fixed portion arranged below the first display area, a moving portion arranged below the second display area, and a protrusion extending from the moving portion and inserted in the guide groove. The protrusion may include a first area protruding in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and a second area extending from the first area in a third direction different from the second direction.

    Abstract: According to certain embodiments, an electronic device comprises a first housing comprising a first plate having a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface, and a first side frame forming a first space and at least partially surrounding the first plate; and a second housing comprising a second plate comprising a third surface facing a same direction as the first surface and a fourth surface facing away from the third surface, and a second side frame forming a second space and at least partially surrounding the second plate, wherein at least a portion of the first side frame of the first housing is coupled to at least a portion of the second side frame to be slidable in a first direction, and the first housing movable between a slide-out state and a slide-in state relative to the second housing; a flexible display comprising: a first portion extending across at least a portion of the third surface; and a second portion extending from the first portion and located in the first space in the slide-in state of the first housing, wherein, when the first housing is switched from the slide-in state to the slide-out state, at least a portion of the second portion is exposed to an outside so as to form a substantially same plane as the first portion; and a clearance compensation structure disposed in the second space and configured to at least partially cover a clearance space generated between the second side frame and the flexible display when the first housing is switched from the slide-in state to the slide-out state.
