Abstract:
An automatic telephone answering apparatus answers and records incoming calls and then automatically dials, repeatedly if necessary, a remote telephone whose number has been stored in the answering apparatus and reproduces a specific message which notifies the person answering the remote telephone that a message has been received and recorded for the user of the answering apparatus.
Abstract:
A cordless telephone in which communication between a base unit connected to a telephone network and a handset unit is carried out by radio waves, includes a transmitting and receiving system in the base unit and a transmitting and receiving system in the handset and first and second control circuits provided in the base unit system and in the handset, respectively, each include a detecting circuit for detecting whether any signal is present in an initally selected channel at the time communication is to be initiated between the base unit and the handset unit. Such signals being present in the initially selected channel may be caused by interference from other cordless telephone systems in the vicinity. Channel selector apparatus acts to change the base unit and handset from the occupied channel to a vacant channel. Depending on whether it is an incoming call or an outgoing call either the first control circuit of the base unit or the second control circuit of the handset selects the vacant channel in response to an instruction command from the other control circuit.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment matching system which can simply and easily employ a person who wishes to work. SOLUTION: An employer terminal device accesses a job offer information managing server device to registers job offer information, consisting of data on at least work contents, employment conditions including at least employment wages and job seeker application conditions, a want period, and the number of workers in a job offer information storage means and a job seeker terminal device accesses the job offer information managing server device to retrieve job offer information registered in the job offer information registration means, selects desired job offer information, and sends job offer application information into which specific items for application to at least the selected job offer information are entered to the job offer information managing server device, which registers the sent job offer application information in the job offer application information registration means and also sends the sent job offer application information to the employer terminal device of the employer having made the application.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching system for rental objects, etc., for effectively using property which is temporarily unused. SOLUTION: A terminal of person who desires to rent out an object, a terminal of a person who desires to rent an object to be rented out, and a business- body server equipped with a rented object registering means which registers rented object data including at least the name of the object to be rented and a rentable period wherein the rented object can be rented out are connected through a public network; and the terminal of renting-out person can access the business-body server and register rented object data in the rented object registering means at a request made by the person who desires to rent out the object and the terminal of the renting person can access the business-body server and retrieve the rented object data registered in the rented object registering means at a request made by the person who desires to rent the object. When the retrieved rented object can be rented out, the rented object is rented out to the person who desires to rent it.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idea investing apparatus, an idea application apparatus and methods for them capable of recruiting investors for ideas and raising the capital for applying the idea. SOLUTION: In a stock management part 15, an issue request for stocks is received from a terminal device 2b of an idea holder, and stocks of the amount of money and the circulation corresponding to the estimated amount of money of the application cost of the idea are issued. The price of stock issued in the stock management part 15 and the information on the idea of the concerned stock are opened to the members by a stock publishing part 14. The stock opened to the public in the stock publishing part 14 is sold to the circulation preset in the stock management part 15 at most to the requesting investors at the price of stock set in the stock management part 15 in response to a selling request from a terminal device 2a of the investor in a stock selling means 16. Thus, the idea holder can efficiently collect the capital necessary for application of the idea on a network.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idea operation apparatus for performing management so as to reliably pay a price to the person preparing documents regarding ideas or the like at the time of operating the ideas. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a fund provider inviting server unit 32 for performing the processing of inviting fund providers who provide funds for operating the ideas, a business server unit 33 for performing the operation processing of the idea with the funds provided by the fund providers as operation funds, and a detailed statement preparing person inviting server unit 34 for inviting document preparing persons who prepare the documents for publicizing the idea. The business server unit 33 and the detailed statement preparing person inviting server unit 34 cooperate and perform the processing of paying the price of the document preparation to the document preparing person from the operation funds.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standby power unit for power failure which can safely and surely supply power to electronic equipment which becomes a load. SOLUTION: Normal power from a diode bridge 38 to which commercial AC power is supplied and standby power generated by means of a DC-DC converter 40 from a battery 34 are led to an output connector 32 through a change- over switch 33 which is controlled by the output of a power failure detecting circuit 36 and a load connecting switch 51. When the AC plug of a load set is inserted into the connector 32, a switch 53 is turned on and a DC voltage supplied to the connector 32 from a voltage divider 52 variably fluctuates depending upon the type of the power source circuit of the load set, whether a transformer type or switching type. The voltage fluctuation is detected by means of a voltage gradient detecting circuit 55 and the load connecting switch 51 is turned on only for the switching type load set.
