A noncontact IC label includes an electrically insulating first board; an antenna coil provided on one plane of the first board; an IC chip electrically connected to the antenna coil; a magnetic layer provided to cover the antenna coil and the IC chip on the one plane of the first board; a first adhesive layer provided through the magnetic layer; an electrically insulating second board provided through the first adhesive layer; a second adhesive layer provided through the second board; peeling paper provided through the second adhesive layer; and an upper member provided on the other plane of the first board through a third adhesive layer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pre-recorded voice information from being mistakenly erased before use, in a voice message transmission sheet on which voice information is recorded by overwriting. SOLUTION: Pre voice is recorded in advance on an IC substrate 32 on which voice information is recorded. A cut portion 38 is provided in a wiring pattern 37c for recording the voice information on the IC substrate 32. SOLUTION: A peripheral temperature of the article is measured by a radio communication IC tag 10 with a sensor attached to the article, and peripheral temperature data are automatically sent to a logging device 20 every time the peripheral temperature is measured.
