Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the feeding loss even with an inexpensive base by adopting two conductor bases provided with a large number nearly circular holes being radiation elements so as to form a suspended line feeding structure where a film formed with exciting probe. CONSTITUTION:The radiation element consists of a conductor plate 1 made of, e.g., a metal, a couple of conductor projections 4 formed in a hole of the conductor body 1, conductor plates 2, 3 forming the suspended line feeder, and a film 5 formed with a probe 6 with etching while being clipped by the conductors 2, 3. Moreover, the hole forming the radiation elements is opened so as to make the hole coincident with the conductors 1, 2, 3. Furthermore, an antle between a perpendicular line of a couple of conductor projections 4 and one probe 6 has only to be selected to be 45 deg.. The angle 45 deg. represents an angle between a perpendicular line drawn onto a couple of conductor projections and said one exciting probe. Thus, the feeding loss is suppressed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a running wind pressure, and also to solve a problem such as a car height limit in case when an automobile is garaged, etc. by installing a reflector having an offset parabolic surface to a roof of a car body so as to become roughly horizontal, when the automobile is running. CONSTITUTION:A primary radiator 6 is installed to an offset type reflector 7 through an arm 11, and the reflector 7 is installed to an elevation azimuth variable device 8. In Japan, a direction for receiving a radio wave is an elevation, 30-60 deg. is enough, and in case of an offset type reflector, it can be designed roughly horizontally on a roof of a car, when an elevation angle is 45 deg., and by setting an elevation variable range to 45 deg.+ or -15 deg., a satellite broadcast can be received in most of areas. Also, at the running time when a broadcast is not received, the reflector 7 can be set horizontally, therefore, a running wind pressure is reduced, and also a problem of a car height limit in case when an automobile is garaged can also be solved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To set easily an elevating angle and an azimuth angle on ground in the direction of a satellite in a short time by forming a shape of an aperture of a reflector so as to provide wide and narrow directivity to both horizontal and vertical faces and providing a direction adjustment device matching earlier the wide directivity. CONSTITUTION:The antenna consist of a reflector 4, a primary radiator 5, a fixed device 6 and an elevating angle detecting meter 7 and the reflector 4 is formed to a shape having a long width and a short depth. When the area of aperture is unchanged, the gain is kept nearly identical, the beam width of the vertical directivity is wider and the beam width of the horizontal directivity is narrower. First the reflector 4 is adjusted so as to allow the elevating angle of the detecting meter 7 to be directed in the designated direction, then the parabolic antenna is directed in the azimuth toward the satellite by using an azimuth magnetic pointer and the azimuth is adjusted so as to maximize a reception output. since the beam of the vertical directivity is wide, when the azimuth is adjusted by moving the horizontal plane to the right and left, the disabled reception of a radio wave from the satellite is avoided and it is easy to apply minute adjustment of the elevating angle and azimuth after the radio wave is caught once.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily set the intervals among antenna elements to the optimum values so that a high gain can be obtained by making inside diameters of circular waveguides at the transition section from a power feeding suspended line to a waveguide constituting a circular paralyzer smaller than the inside diameter of the waveguide constituting the circular paralyzer. CONSTITUTION:Inside diameters (q) of circular waveguides 4 and 9 at the transition section from a power feeding suspended line to a waveguide 2 constituting a circular paralyzer 2 are made smaller than the inside diameter of the waveguide constituting the circular paralyzer 2. Therefore, the space where the suspended line can be arranged can be expanded on a base plate 5 on which an excitation probe 7 and the central conductor 6 of the suspended line are formed. As a result, the intervals among antenna elements can be set to the optimum values and the gain as an array antenna can be made higher.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To change the consumed battery of a radio handset with a charged battery in a short time by storing two batteries in a battery storing room and charging previously one of both batteries by a charging device. CONSTITUTION:When the battery 6 of the radio handset 1 is consumed, the handset 1 is inserted into a battery storing room 14. Then a battery side magnet 12 and a connector side magnet 16 are attracted with each other and the battery 6 is fixed in the room 14. Simultaneously, a battery side charging terminal 11 is electrically connected with a connector side charging terminal 15. Thus the consumed battery 6 is charged. Under such a condition, the handset 1 is moved toward a spare battery and can be set at the side of the spare battery along a rail type terminal 10. Then the consumed battery 6 is replaced with the spare battery 6 and a calling state is secured.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize both miniaturization and broad band by providing a conductor projection to convert a linearly polarized wave into a circularly polarized wave to an inner wall of a horn antenna. CONSTITUTION:Conductor projections 30, 31 made of copper, silver or aluminum are provided along the inner wall of the horn antenna 1. The conductor projections 30, 31 are provided in opposition to one electric field of orthogonal electric fields E1, E2 of an electric field E incident on a feeding end 50 of the antenna 1, e.g., the E1. The thickness and length of the conductor projections 30, 31 are selected so as to obtain a desired circularly polarized wave. Since it is not required to provide a circularly polarized wave generator in this way, the axial length is shortened and the shape is miniaturized. Since the horn antenna is used as a waveguide for a circularly polarized wave device, the diameter is large and broad band is realized easily without large-sized configuration as conventional radiators.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent breakdown of a rectifying diode by connecting a circuit which connects in series an auxiliary power supply and a switch in parallel with a rectenna element and then inserting a rectifying diode between the rectenna element and its output end. CONSTITUTION:In the case a rectenna element 1 has received a microwave signal while a switch 4 is turned on and an auxiliary power supply 2 drives a motor 6, if an output voltage of the rectenna element 1 does not exceed a voltage of the auxiliary power supply 2, a rectifying diode 3 is turned off. Therefore, an output end of the rectenna element 1 is opened but an output voltage of the rectenna element 1 is lower than the voltage which results in breakdown of the rectifying diode 3. Moreover, if an output voltage of the rectenna element 1 has exceeded a voltage of the auxiliary power supply 2, the rectifying diode turns on and the rectenna element 1 is connected with a motor 6. Thereby, breakdown of the rectifying diode 3 can be prevented while the rectenna element 1 and auxiliary power supply 2 are switched.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize the plane antenna of simple constitution by connecting variable phase shifters to respective antenna element strings and causing beams to face a prescribed direction by means of the variable phase shifters and a rotary part rotating a whole antenna. CONSTITUTION:The antenna elements 7-15 are provided in a line on a substrate 3. With adjusting the phase quantity of the variable phase shifters (not shown in a figure) provided in respective antenna elements, the beams can be deflected two-demensionally within a vertical surface with respect to the antenna element strings. A tooth 2 which is engaged with a tooth 4 is generated on the side of the substrate 3. With rotating a handle 5 connected to the tooth 4 so as to rotate the substrate 3, the substrate 3 can be caused to face the specified angle of rotation. Consequently, the direction of the beams can be caused to face three-dimensionally the specified direction by the adjustment of said variable phase shifters and the rotation of the substrate 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove snow adhered to a reflection mirror by allowing the effect of a spring mounted to a connecting part between a soft rubber and an arm, the arm itself and the unidirectional flexibility of the soft rubber to make the soft rubber contact the reflection mirror face and driving the soft rubber by a motor. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a satellite broadcast by an offset parabolic antenna, when snow is adhered to the reflection mirror 1, a drive motor 5 is driven to drive the arm 4 and the soft rubber 3 connected to the arm 4 is driven. The depth of the mirror face of the mirror 1 changes depends on the position of the driven rubber, but the mirror face of the mirror 1 and the soft rubber 3 are kept contacted even when the rubber 3 is driven by the operation of the spring 9 mounted to the connecting part between the arm 4 and the soft rubber 3 and of the soft rubber 3 to which a spring plate 8 is inserted. That is, the rubber 3 is shaken to the right left on the mirror face while the rubber 3 is kept contact onto the mirror face of the reflection mirror 1 and the snow adhered to the mirror face is removed by the soft rubber 3.
