PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter having an efficient cooling mechanism. SOLUTION: The noise filter includes: a core 41 wound by a conductor 42; a metal fin 3 abutting on the conductor 42 wound around the core 41 via a resin sheet 33 of an insulator; a base 2 and a cover for storing the core 41 and the metal fin 3; and a fan 5 for taking air into the base 2 and cover and allowing the taken air to flow on a fin section 32 having a plurality of vanes formed in the metal fin 3. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC inlet filter with improved loading performance of an AC inlet on a case, as well as with looseness restrained. SOLUTION: The AC inlet filter 1 is provided with a frame body 2 surrounding an electronic component on a peripheral direction and an AC inlet 3, of which, the former 2 is equipped with a mounting wall 21 on which the AC inlet 3 is mounted. The mounting wall 21 has an opening 21a formed zoned by a pair of side edges 21A and a bottom edge 21B, of which, the former 21A are provided with locking pieces 6 locked to the AC inlet 3. The locking pieces 6 are equipped with peripheral-direction position regulating faces crossing a peripheral direction of the frame body 2 as well as outward-inward-direction position regulating faces crossing an outward and inward direction of the same, and the AC inlet 3 has groove parts 3a formed for the locking pieces 6 to be inserted into, so that the AC inlet 3 is mounted on the frame body 2 in contact with both the peripheral-direction position regulating faces and the outward-inward-direction position regulating faces with the locking pieces 6 inserted into the groove parts 3a, and the AC inlet filter 1 is in contact with at least the peripheral-direction position regulating faces within the grooves 3a. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component which has strong connection of a conducting wire to an electrode and can prevent a core from being destroyed during the production, and to provide a method for manufacturing the coil component. SOLUTION: A terminal electrode 40 provided on a flange 15 of a common mode choke coil 1 has a projected connection section 46. The projected connection section 46 curves from an edge of a first electrode 41 upward to a direction of Z-axis, has an extended flat section 46A extending toward a Z-axis direction, and extends from an outline contour of a core 10 to the outside of the core 10. The whole outer circumference surface of the projected connection section 46 comprises a non-plating surface where a conductive material of a non-plated terminal fitting is exposed. One end or the other end of a lead wire 30 is electrically connected to the extended flat section 46A. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter which is easy-to-manufacture and allows reduction in its manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A noise filter 1 is equipped with a case 2, a filter circuit which is contained in the case 2 and equipped with a coil 70, and capacitors 80A, 80B, 82A, 82B. The case 2 which shows a core box profile is equipped with a housing 10 made of resin in which two terminal boards 20, 30 are correctively formed integially with a metal base 12 attached on the housing 10. On the respective terminal boards, every two first metal terminals 22, 24, 32, 34 are arranged which are electrically connected to the filter circuit. In the housing 10, second metal terminals 50, 52 are arranged which are electrically connected to the filter circuit. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a large-current noise filter and a coil in which the coil is easily manufactured, manufacturing costs is reduced, and electric insulation is sufficiently ensured without damaging a straight-angle wire during manufacturing. SOLUTION: A core 40 includes a middle leg 46 and an outer leg 48 extending from a base 44 in the same direction. A coil 70 is formed by edge-wise winding of a straight-angle wire, and includes a tubular coil 72 along with a side face of the middle leg 46 and extractions 74 extending from both ends of the coil 72, respectively. The extractions 74 are connected to a terminal 21. The coil 70 is juxtaposed in the extending direction of the middle leg 46 in the state of inserting the coil 72 into the middle leg 46. The middle leg 46 presents a long circular shape on a cross section vertical to the extending direction of the middle leg 46 and the outer leg 48, and a cross-sectional area of the middle leg 46 is larger than that of the outer leg 48. SOLUTION: The common mode choke coil 1 comprises a core 10, a winding 30, terminal electrodes 40, and a cover 60. The core 10 consists of first and second winding core portions 11 and 12 around which the winding 30 is wound, and a pair of flanges 15 connecting the winding core portions 11 and 12. The cover 60 consists of a lid portion 61, leg portions 66 and 67, and side wall portions 69 and 70. Each of the leg portions 66 and 67 is formed with an engagement claw 68. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil wherein a DC resistance occurring in extracted portions of a winding can be held down low and which can be reduced in size. SOLUTION: The common mode choke coil 1 comprises a core 10, the winding 30, and terminal electrodes 40. The core 10 consists of first and second winding core portions 11 and 12 around which the winding 30 is wound, and a pair of flanges 15 connecting the winding core portions. On a first side face 16 of each flange 15, a first electrode portion 41 connected to the winding 30 is formed. In the Z-axis direction, the first side face 16 is positioned lower than the top faces of the first and second winding core portions 11 and 12. The first electrode portions 41 and the winding 30 are connected by soldering. In the Z-axis direction, a distance between a second side face 17 of each flange 15 and the first electrode portion 41 after soldering is nearly the same as a distance between the second side face 17 of each flange 15 and the winding 30 wound around the first and second winding core portions 11 and 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain surface-mounted composite parts which can be reduced in size and is constituted in such a way that the electrodes of individual electronic parts can be connected surely with wide joining areas without deteriorating the characteristics of the electronic parts due to the combination. SOLUTION: On the upper surface of first surface-mounted electronic parts 1, one or a plurality of electrodes 6a and 6b for mounting second electronic parts are formed. One or a plurality of second electronic parts 2 are electrically connected to the electrodes 6a and 6b and fixed with solder 8 or a conductive adhesive. On the first electronic parts 1, a frame form 8 which covers or surrounds the second electronic parts 2 is put. The form 3 is fixed to the first electronic parts 1 by packing an adhesive 18 which is fixed to the first electronic parts 1 and covers the second electronic parts 2 in the space between the parts 1 and frame form 3.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode filter which is improved in reliability by connecting a pair of coil windings between terminals in a jointless constitution and reduced in height by winding a flat type electric wire in an edgewise winding structure. SOLUTION: A pair of flat type electric wires 11 and 12 which are coated for insulation are laminated in the direction of thickness, widthwise curved, and cylindrically coiled into coil windings 10 and 20 that are connected together. The insulating coating is separated from the ends of the coil windings 10 and 20, the bare ends of the coil winding 10 and 20 are bent so as to serve as surface mounting terminals 12 and 22, the coil windings 10 and 20 are housed in a magnetic core structure 30 which is equipped with a center leg that is inserted into the inner circumferences of the coil windings 10 and 20 and covers the periphery of the coil windings 10 and 20, a cutout 51 is provided to each corner of the bottom of the magnetic core structure 30, and the surface mounting terminals 12 and 22 are made face to the cutouts 51 and kept exposed.
