Abstract: The system has a shim (38) for defining a gap between a bumper pad and a bumper (32). A pin (36) prevents rotation of the bumper relative to a synchronizing ring and a fastener (30) e.g. screw or bolt fully traps the shim. The fastener includes a thread at one end and passes through a bore in the bumper and through a hole in the ring. The fastener has a sleeve (34) passing through the ring.
