Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved toner particles in which the error including toner filming and unstable image quality of problems which may be generated in a toner manufactured in a process including pulverization is eliminated.SOLUTION: A toner pellet pelletized by melting and mixing of toner component is processed to form toner particles. The toner particles are brought into contact with deionized water and at least one surface active agent to form a mixture. The mixture is heated and fused so that toner particles having desired sphere quality can be obtained.
