Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent edited operation data from being deleted even in a case where a user does not perform a manipulation for storing the operation data. SOLUTION: A digital mixer 100 includes a RAM 3 and a SRAM 11 and the SRAM 11 includes an original region 111 for storing completed scenes (operation data), a shadow region 112 for storing partially edited scenes, and a current region 114 to be used for scene editing. When recalling a scene number, different from a scene number in the current region 114, stored in a region "c" for storing a current number in the RAM 3, the scene stored in the current region 114 is automatically stored in the shadow region 112 for the scene number in the region "c". In the original region 111 for each of scene numbers, a scene is stored that becomes original before editing the scene, stored in the shadow region 112, of the same scene number. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm what is assigned in each channel in the next scene. SOLUTION: A first name indicator 30e and a second name indicator 30f are provided at channel strips 30-1 to 30-24 in an input channel strip 30. When scenes are sequentially and automatically recalled based on a CUE list 36, a channel name of an input channel which is assigned to the channel strip is displayed on the first name indicator 30e in the present scene, then a channel name of an input channel assigned to a channel strip in a scene to be recalled next is acquired by referencing to a scene list and displayed at the second name indicator 30f. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing system connecting a plurality of external devices for audio signals to a mixer, and capable of simplifying cabling between the mixer and the plurality of external devices and lowering the cabling cost. SOLUTION: A format converter 5 connected to a mixer 1 side is connected with another format converter 5 connected to the head amplifier 2 side through one control/audio communication line 6. The format converter 5 has a communication interface 7, a control signal interface 8, and an audio signal interface 9. A control portion 50 translates control data and audio data into EtherSound (R) protocol data, by which the control data and the audio data can be transmitted through one physical cable 6, and then, transmits them to the other format converter 5 by the physical cable 6 from the communication interface 7. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a plurality of parameters of a digital mixer with one knob whose axial movement (depression state) can be detected as well as its rotating direction, and to control so that unintended change in the parameters is hardly caused when a user mistakes the operation in a depression state. SOLUTION: A filter controller can select a filter type such as a band-pass filter or low-pass filter for a band whose frequency characteristics are to be adjusted. Here, when the band-pass filter is selected, the Q value knob 202 normally adjusts a Q value of the band-pass filter regardless of whether the knob is pressed or not. When, however, the Q value knob 20 is pressed and then rotate clockwise after the Q value reaches an extreme (maximum), the filter type is changed to the low-pass filter. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a function of a help screen as far as possible, even when allowing use of a help document unique to a user. SOLUTION: This electronic device can read a help data including positional information indicating a position of a content corresponding to identification information of each operation element, and format information for indicating a style of display, and a document of a form different from the help data, reflects the format information to the style of the display, based on the information included in the read data, only when the data are determined to be the help data capable of interpreting the format information (S22, S23), displays the content of the read data as a text when other than it, and allows an jump operation to display the content of the position indicated by the positional information corresponding to the identification information of the operated operation element, out of the help data by the display means (S28), only when the read data is determined to be the help data for the own device type (S25, S26). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital mixer for providing various acoustic signal processing functions to a user who has logged into the mixer by loading thereto a USB memory for storing a user key, that can respond to to users' request of log-in more easily. SOLUTION: The digital mixer is provided with a loading part for a removable storage medium such as the USB memory, and when the digital mixer detects the loading of the storage medium and the storage medium stores the user key, the digital mixer automatically displays a log-in menu for the user of the user key to log in the digital mixer thereby allowing the user to more easily log in the digital mixer. When the user corresponding to the user key of the storage medium logs in the digital mixer, the digital mixer automatically logs out when the storage medium is removed. The digital mixer is switched to a guest user after the log-out. Further, when the storage medium is loaded to the digital mixer, the digital mixer discriminates whether the user key is newly created or the user key is under edition, the digital mixer does not execute automatic log-in when the discrimination is true. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invalidate an equalizer inserted to a monitor channel according to necessity. SOLUTION: When an EQ automatic bypass switch 22 is turned on and a CUE switch 21d instructing checking of some output channel is turned on, the equalizer inserted to the monitor channel is automatically bypassed and invalidated. Thus, in the case of checking a signal returned to a performer, the equalizer inserted to the monitor channel is bypassed automatically, and sound supplied to the performer can be confirmed as it is. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital mixer having an interlock mode in which the signal of a channel section inserted automatically with an effector while being interlocked with edition object selecting operation can be monitored, and the signal of a desired channel section can be monitored depending on monitor object selecting operation. SOLUTION: An input patch section 3 and an output patch section 8 performs wire connection for inserting each effector of a plurality of effector sections 11 into arbitrary channel sections of a plurality of input channel sections 4 and a plurality of mix output channel sections 7. When interlock mode is set and an effector 11(x) is selected at an effector edition setting section 12 depending on edition object selecting operation, an interlock control section 15 controls a monitor section 16 to output the signal of a preceding channel section inserted with the effector 11(x) onto a CUE bus 6 and supplies it to a monitor mixer 18. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute such an event as scene recall of a digital mixer automatically while dealing with sudden alteration of execution timing quickly, and to set the execution timing of an event having high relation automatically. SOLUTION: In each column of an event list 110 being displayed at a dot matrix display section, a scene display part 116 for displaying an event to be executed, and a trigger data display part 114 for defining the execution timing of the event are provided. Each event is executed automatically in the order of list based on a time code, and a cursor 118 moves downward every time when the event is executed. When a manual trigger button 120 is operated by an operator, an event pertaining to event data at the cursor position is executed. Execution timing of a column displayed as "*(symbol indicating upward arrow)After 30.0 sec" at the trigger data display part 114 is determined by the relative time to the execution timing of a column immediately above (where, the "*After" represents "after type" trigger type indicated by the upward arrow). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent edited operation data from being lost even when a user does not perform a storing operation of the operation data. SOLUTION: A digital mixer 100 stores an once completed scene (operation data). An original region 111, a shadow region 112 for storing a partially edited scene in accordance with the region 111, an undo region 113 for storing the last scene and the current region 114 used to edit a scene are included. Since a scene stored in the current region 114 is automatically stored in the shadow region 112 when a scene number different from a scene number of the current area 114 is recalled, an edited scene can be prevented from being lost even though editing has been performed in the current region 114.
