A method and a device for balancing an interrupt load of a multicore processor are provided, the multicore processor includes multiple cores and an interrupt controller for controlling interrupt handling of the cores, characterized in that the method includes: pre-configuring a default processing core and a scheduling core group corresponding to an interrupt device, wherein the default processing core is one core in the scheduling core group; configuring the interrupt controller to route the interrupt device to the corresponding default processing core; and controlling the interrupt controller to route the interrupt device to one or multiple cores in the scheduling core group to which the default processing core belongs, when the number of interrupts of the interrupt device exceeds an interrupt threshold or a processing amount of the default processing core exceeds an interrupt load.

A Generic Access Network (GAN) and a method for implementing services by using the GAN are disclosed. The GAN is configured to connect a generic IP network with a target network, and includes a Generic Access Network Controller (GANC) configured to enable a User Equipment (UE) to access the target network via the generic IP network. The GANC includes: a user interface, configured to connect the UE; and a Policy and Charging Control (PCC) interface, configured to trigger a process of establishing bearers of the generic IP network.

The present invention relates to wireless communication, and discloses a method, a device, and a system for synchronizing a terminal state in a GAN to ensure that the GAN can know the relevant state context information of the terminal correctly. In the present invention, a network device of the GAN receives CS domain and/or PS domain state information reported by a terminal; and the network device processes the terminal registration information according to the received CS domain and/or PS domain state information. After the connection is reestablished between the terminal and the GAN, the terminal reports the CS domain and/or PS domain state information in the GAN mode to the GANC. The terminal may report the CS domain and/or PS domain state information in the GERAN/UTRAN mode to the GANC in the registration process. The terminal may also initiate a registration update process after the CS domain and/or PS domain state in the GERAN/UTRAN mode changes.

A health check framework for enterprise systems is described herein. In one embodiment, a health check framework includes one or more first layer methods as public interfaces to allow an application client to initiate one or more stages of a health checking session, where the first layer methods are independent of a particular component of the enterprise system. The health check framework further includes one or more second layer methods to provide an abstract interface to the one or more system and/or application components with respect to the one or more first layer methods. The second layer methods include one or more methods that are specific to a corresponding one of the system and/or application components of the enterprise system. During a health check session, the first layer methods invoke the second layer methods to perform health check operations. Other methods and apparatuses are also described.

The invention disclosed the use of timosaponin BII in the preparation of a medicament or product for the prevention and treatment of stroke. The experiments prove that timosaponin BII can improve the neurological symptoms of cerebral ischemic rat, reduce infarct size, relieve brain water edema, improve hemorheology, reduce inflammatory injury of cerebral ischemia.

Devices, systems, and methods for controlling a shutter of a still or video camera or cellular telephone, to reduce blurring due to motion of vibrations are disclosed. The control device includes an inertial sensor for measuring acceleration, velocity and/or angular rotation and for providing data therefrom and a controller for calculating an acceleration amplitude and frequency for predicting the time between acceleration maximums. The controller opens and closes the camera shutter at a time corresponding to the predicted time between maximum accelerations as measured from a real-time acceleration maximum, negating the need for post-imaging correction.

Single chip 3-axis thermal accelerometer devices include a substrate, at least one cavity etched in the substrate, a fluid disposed in the cavity, a bridge structure suspended over an opening of the cavity, and a plurality of heater elements and temperature sensing elements disposed on the bridge structure. The substrate has a substantially planar surface defined by X and Y coordinate axes, and the bridge structure is suspended over the opening of the cavity in the X-Y plane. In one embodiment, the bridge structure is configured to position at least two of the temperature sensing elements out of the X-Y plane. The heater and temperature sensing elements are disposed on the bridge structure in optimized arrangements for providing reduced temperature coefficients and for producing output voltages having reduced DC offset and drift.

The present invention discloses a method, a system, and an advertisement server for disseminating advertisements by means of presence information, so as to solve the problem that the advertisement dissemination by means of a presence system can not be recorded effectively in the prior art. The method disclosed in the present invention comprises: subscribing to, by the watcher, the presence information of the presentity; publishing, by the presentity, the presence information with advertisement information and presentity ID to the presence server; notifying, by the presence server, the watcher of the presence information with presentity ID; sending, by the watcher, the presentity ID to the advertisement server; and, recording, by the advertisement server, the presentity ID. Because the advertisement server records the presentity ID, it knows how the watcher obtains the advertisement, and thereby can record the advertisement dissemination effectively.
