Abstract:
The present invention presents a filtration system with an integrated manifold valve. The filtration system employs only one pivotal component - the pivoting of the manifold. The manifold valve includes a dual aperture design for a two-fold alignment scheme with the ingress and egress lines of the fluid source. The invention is free of multi-component rotary valve with internal, rotatable parts, or an activation component, such as a handle, for initiating the rotary valve, allowing the user to rotate the rotational components thereof. The reduction in moveable components in this design reduces the likelihood of failure and increases the reliability of the filtration system.
Abstract:
A filter structure includes: a filter layer that has air permeability to filter passing gas; an adhesive layer formed of an adhesive on at least a part of one side of the filter layer; and a peelable sheet layer laminated on a surface of the adhesive layer, in which a to-be-cut region is set on the filter layer, and a boundary portion indicating a boundary position between the to-be-cut region and a non-cut region of the filter layer is formed on at least one of the sheet layer and the filter layer. The to-be-cut region is cut off at a position indicated by the boundary portion before mounting on a target object, and therefore, the filter structure can be mounted on the target object while avoiding a portion that does not need to be attached to the target object, or a portion that causes a problem when attached.

Abstract:
A pressure vessel adapted to hold a compatible filter cartridge encased in a polymeric film is provided. The pressure vessel comprises a pressure vessel outer wall and a pressure vessel inner wall. The pressure vessel inner wall comprises an inner circumference and one or more depressions extending from the inner circumference toward the pressure vessel outer wall, the one or more depressions creating one or more fluid passages between the polymeric film and the pressure vessel when the filter cartridge is installed in the pressure vessel. The one or more depressions comprise a first depression wall joining the pressure vessel inner wall at the inner circumference such that an angle a facing away from the depression between the first depression wall and a tangent of the inner circumference is greater than or equal to ninety degrees.
