The spray device also may include a spray head configured to output a spray of the first liquid and the second liquid. In addition, the spray device may include a multi-component container coupled to the body, wherein the multi-component container comprises a first container portion having a first outlet configured to supply the first liquid to the first liquid passage and a second container portion having a second outlet configured to supply the second liquid to the second liquid passage, and the first and second outlets are positioned in close proximity to one another.

본 발명의 다용도 분사장치는 메인분사구가 형성된 본체부와, 제 1분사부를 구비하며 공급통로가 형성된 공급관부와, 상기 공급관부의 외주면에 형성된 에어챔버와 연통되며 상기 제 1분사구의 외주면에 형성되어 상기 제1분사구를 통하여 분사액을 유출시키는 부압을 발생시키기 위한 메인분사구를 가진 챔버와, 상기 챔버에 공압을 공급하는 공압공급유닛과, 상기 공급관부에 설치되어 상기 메인분사구 및 제 1분사구를 개폐하는 핀을 전후진 시키기 위한 개폐유닛과, 상기 본체부에 설치되어 상기 공급관부의 공급통로에 분사액을 공급하기 위한 카트리지유닛을 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 다용도분사장치는 고압의 에어를 통해 파운데이션과 같은 액체를 분사시키고, 분사액에 의해 본체부가 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

This invention is directed to a spray gun comprising at least one air distribution channel for atomizing air and at least one air distribution channel for fan air, wherein a fluid spray nozzle and an air cap are configured, to direct an atomization airflow at an angle of 10 to 70 degrees, preferably of 30 to 45 degrees into the coating composition jet, and the fluid spray nozzle and the air cap are configured to provide an atomizing air pressure to fan air pressure ratio (AA/FA) of 0.1 to 10, preferably 0.5 to 1.0, preferably of 0.6 to 0.9, preferably of 0.66 to 0.88. The invention is also directed to the use of the spray gun for applying water-based coating compositions, in particular water-based clear coat coating compositions. The invention is also directed to a method for producing a coating layer over a substrate with a coating composition.
