Abstract:
The check carrier consists of an envelope of translucent material that is dimensioned to closely conform to the dimensions of a standard check. The back of the check carrier includes an endorsement window through which a bank or other financial institution can apply its endorsement stamp directly to the check. The bottom of the check carrier may be provided with an area for receiving the MICR printing such that the MICR can be read directly off of the carrier. The MICR area can be removed. The open end of the check carrier can be sealed closed using a repositionable adhesive. The adhesive can also be used interior of the check carrier such that the adhesive contacts the check to fix the check within the carrier.

Abstract:
A blank is provided for a card holding assembly formed from a single sheet of material. The blank includes a substantially continuous and uninterrupted first panel having a first length. The blank also includes a substantially continuous and uninterrupted second panel having a second width. The second panel is separated from the first panel by a first score line and a second score line disposed adjacent the second panel. The first and second score lines define a first thickness. The blank further includes a third panel having a third width and the third panel is separated from the second panel by a third score line and a fourth score line disposed adjacent the second panel. The third and fourth score lines define a second thickness which is less than the first thickness. The third panel comprises a cut-out window. The third width is less than the first and second lengths. The blank also includes first and second tabs extending from the opposite sides of the third panel. The blank has an adhesive disposed between both the first tab and the second panel and the second tab and the second panel. The adhesive is provided for adhering the second panel to the third panel to form a pocket. The blank finally includes a transparent material covering the cut-out window and disposed between the second panel and the third panel.

Abstract:
A single sheet stationery pattern and method for assembling an envelope/page includes a rectangular base sheet of face stock having a front, a back, a top, and a first (outside) and second (inside) sides, positioned so that the longest side of the rectangular base sheet is laid on a horizontal plane. The base sheet is adapted to receive a horizontal line of perforation (16), and two congruent holes (18A) and (18B), and an invaginated pre-creased seam at (16A). The base sheet is adapted to receive a first line of weakening (10) adjacent to the top of the pre-creased seam (16A) and parallel to the first side of the rectangular base sheet, placing a second line of weakening (12) adjacent to the bottom of the pre-creased seam (16A) and parallel to the first line of weakening and placing a third line of weakening (14) on a horizontal plane adjacent to bight or fold lines (10) and (12) and parallel to (16A). Applying a seam of pressure seal adhesive at (21) and (34) and applying re-wettable water soluble adhesive at seam strip (25). Folding in tab (20) overlaying tab (13) and securing with pressure seal adhesive strip (21). Folding in tab (17) and overlapping tab (13) to form the completed envelope/page. Separating envelope/page from binding strip along perforated line (16), wetting water soluble adhesive strip at (25) and sealing tab by folding down at invaginated seam 16(A) to form a completed mailer.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A name card information certification system is provided to effectively create an address book using a marker which is displayed on a name card and to confirm the truth of name card information corresponding to the marker through a server. CONSTITUTION: A mobile telecommunication terminal(200) comprises a marker photographing part(210), a name card information receiving part(230), a certification checking part(240), and an address book generating part(250). The marker photographing part takes a photograph of a marker which is displayed on a name card. The name card information receiving part provides a marker image which is recorded to a name card management server and receives name card information corresponding to the marker image. The certification checking part checks the certification of work place information which is included in name card information which is received. The address book generating part creates an address book corresponding to the marker based on the name card information and the certification of work place information.
