    Abstract: 本发明涉及含氟硼改性甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂的光固化涂料,组成成分为:光引发剂2~10份、不饱和树脂100份、氟硼改性甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂10~50份、活性稀释单体20~30份、无机颜填料0~30份、分散剂0.5~5份、消泡剂0.2~2份、功能助剂0~15份;所述的含氟硼改性甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂的光固化涂料具有以下优点:(1)氟硼改性甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂的加入增加了涂膜的疏水性、耐水性;(2)由于含氟硼改性甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂以阻燃的硼氧键、硅氧键为骨架,并通过活性乙烯基官能团参与光固化交联,因此所述的光固化涂料的阻燃性能、硬度得到提高;(3)所述的光固化涂料仅添加活性稀释剂、无非活性稀释剂,VOC排量小。因此本发明具有广泛的应用前景。
