Abstract: A rail-tie fastening assembly for connecting a rail having a rail flange to a tie comprising a rail seat assembly (38) and a rail anchor (40). Base anchor means (102) is connected to the rail seat assembly (38) and the base anchor means (102) is disposable in a cavity formed in an upper surface of the tie (14) and the base anchor means (102) is secured to the tie (14), thereby securing the rail seat assembly (38) to the tie (14).

Abstract: A rail to tie fastening including an elastic clip (12) a clip holder (15) and a locking element (6). The locking element (6) being interposed between the foot of the rail (11) and the clip holder (15) and, between the foot of the rail (11) and the clip (12) and is forced by the clip (12) against the foot (11).
