The invention also relates to a panel arrangement (1) and to a method for the production of same.

The subject of the invention is a doormat system to be assembled by elements allowing production of doormats of optional size and shape with linking of joining elements of different shape. The doormat system according to the invention having doormat basic elements with joining elements provided with wiping surface, which is characterized by that, the joining elements of the basic elements (1) are flaps (3) and nests (4) formed on side-edges (5) of the adjacent basic elements (1) joining each other, furthermore the wiping surface composed in one or several parts consists of bristle (2) placed on the surface of the doormat basic elements (1), furthermore on the surface of the doormat basic elements (1) gaps (6) are formed to collect dirt.

The projections extend beyond two adjacent sides of the first sheet and the recesses do not extend beyond said first sheet and are concealed by said first sheet. A portion of the lower surface of the first sheet that is located directly above said recesses and/or the upper surfaces of the projections have an adhesive coating.

본 발명은 프레임바(110)로 이루어진 사각형상의 금속재질 프레임(101)과, 상기 프레임(101)의 표면에 부착되는 외장판(120)과, 상기 프레임(101)을 지지대(A) 또는 건물 벽면(B)에 부착하기 위한 고정부재(140)으로 이루어지는 건축용 외장패널에 있어서, 상기 각 프레임바(110) 양단은 45°각으로 절단하여 경사면이 형성된 구조이며, 상기 각 프레임바(110)의 각 경사면을 서로 맞대서 결합되되, 상기 각 프레임바(110)의 내부 중간에는 단열이 가능한 중공부(111)를 형성하고 상기 중공부(111)에는 "ㄱ"자 형상의 모서리 연결구(111a)가 삽입되어 중공부(111)의 양단을 밀봉함과 동시에 체결구(111b)에 의해 각 프레임바(110)가 직각으로 연결되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 건축용 외장패널을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 외장패널의 방수성과 단열성을 강화하기 위하여 프레임바를 상부프레임바과 하부프레임바로 분리하고, 그 사이에 결합돌기에 의해 연결되는 단열부재와 중공부를 형성함으로써 외장판의 열이 지지대 또는 벽체로 전달되지 않도록 하였다. 또한 본 발명은 프레임을 동일한 재질의 금속으로만 제작하여 열팽창에 따른 균열 및 뒤틀림을 최소화하고, 외장판과 프레임 사이에 단열을 겸하는 단열재를 채워 방수 및 단열효과를 향상시킬수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
