Abstract: 본 발명은 수압을 직접 받는 수문판의 구조적 강도를 보강하여 수문이 강한 수압에도 휘어지지 않도록 하고, 수문의 폐쇄시 수문과 수로의 바닥부 사이 공간을 통해 누수가 발생되지 않도록 하여 수문 동작의 신뢰성을 향상시키도록 한 구조적 강도와 지수성능을 보강한 회전수문에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은 수문의 수문판 내부에 다수의 채널을 상하 대칭으로 배치하고, 각 채널의 사이에 보강대를 워런 트러스 형태로 고정하며, 수문판 내부의 양측부와 하측부는 각각 보강대와 보강판을 수문판 하면의 라운드 면과 직각되는 방향을 향하면서 워런 트러스 형태가 되도록 배치하여 수문판의 구조적 강도를 최대화하며, 수로의 바닥부에 형성되는 단턱을 수문의 회전반경보다 크게 하여 수문의 회전에 간섭되지 않도록 하며, 수로의 바닥부 단턱 상부에는 패킹을 고정하고, 수문판의 저수측 단부에는 이물방지판을 고정하여 수문의 개방시 수문판과 수로의 단턱 사이로 이물질이 유입되지 않도록 하고, 수문판의 배수측 단부에는 누수방지턱을 형성하여 수문의 폐쇄시 누수방지턱이 패킹과 긴밀히 접촉되면서 저수공간의 물이 수로의 단턱과 수문판의 사이로 누출되지 않도록 한 것이다.-

Abstract: A river dam for controlling displacement is provided to confirm that the water gate is completely closed by moving a scrapper back and forth on an insertion groove with a horizontal driving device and taking out impurities inserted in the insertion groove. A river dam for controlling displacement comprises a dam body(10), a water gate(20), a lifting driving device(30), a guide groove(12), and an insertion groove(13). The dam body has first and second extension grooves extended from two ends of the insertion groove to a longitudinal direction of the insertion groove, and draining holes(14a,15a) opened to the upper and lower streams of the river. First and second opening and closing blocks are inserted in the first and second extension grooves to close the draining holes of the extension grooves. A scrapper is slid along the insertion groove to scratch impurities in the insertion groove and to push the blocks back. A horizontal driving device(50) moves the scrapper forward and backward.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for operating complex floodgate winch and, more specifically, to a method for operating a complex floodgate winch including the following steps of: operating a driving shaft by a driving motor or a handle of a driving unit; operating a hydraulic device controlling the rotation direction of the hydraulic motor by increasing and decreasing oil pressure by the driving shaft; rotating the horizontal main shaft forward or backward by the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic apparatus; and operating a winch means formed on both end sides of the main shaft by the rotation of the main shaft. As above, the complex floodgate winch of the present invention can perform smooth winching by winching a floodgate using the pressure of a fluid, can prevent the floodgate from falling or rapidly dropping by installing a reverse rotation preventing device, and can safely and efficiently control the floodgate by a dual control device. In particular, the present invention minimizes the driving motor from three phases into a single phase as compared to the prior driving motor, thereby reducing production costs and maintenance expenses, maximizing operation using oil pressure and the minimum force, performing construction efficient in space use by reducing the weigh and volume of appearance, and having compatibility with the products manufactured in the existing company, such as a pin-jack type, a screw type, a wire type, and a hydraulic cylinder type.
