Abstract:
A reciprocating pump assembly includes a pump housing that houses a crankshaft. Pistons are mechanically connected to the crankshaft for pumping fluid through cylinders. Each cylinder has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The pump also has a monitoring housing connected to the reciprocating pump. Within the monitoring housing is a computer with memory. Pressure sensor assemblies sense a pressure value of a fluid within the pump, and are in electrical communication with the memory. An accelerometer positioned on the pump measures vibrations of the pump and is also in electrical communication with the memory for storage of sensed vibrations or displacements during operations. A proximity sensor in electrical communication with the memory is located within the pump housing to determine the rotational velocity of the crankshaft.
Abstract:
A method of forming a sound attenuator around a compressor of an air conditioning system includes covering the compressor with a flexible protective cover and depositing a plurality of materials proximate an outer surface of the flexible protective cover such that at least some of the plurality of materials can chemically react to create a self-forming foam that abuts at least some of the flexible protective cover to thereby create the sound-attenuating structure around the compressor.
Abstract:
A linear compressor is provided. The linear compressor may include a cylinder that defines a compression space, a piston having a plurality of suction holes through which a refrigerant is introduced into the compression space, and a muffler connected to the piston and through which the refrigerant supplied to the piston flows. The muffler may include a seat seated on one side of the piston, and a protrusion arranged inside the piston. The protrusion may include plurality of flow pipes that extends from the seat to an inside of the piston to guide the refrigerant to the plurality of suction holes and a resonator arranged at one side of the plurality of flow pipes and having a resonance space therein.
Abstract:
The present embodiments disclose an axial hydraulic pump including a residual pressure regenerating circuit (30) which is a pipe line communicating with a top dead center side communication port (31) and a bottom dead center side communication port (32). Further, the axial hydraulic pump includes cylinder ports (26-1 to 26-8) which are provided in the respective cylinder bores of the cylinder block (6) and are operated with the rotation of the cylinder block (6). Even further, the axial hydraulic pump includes communication holes (41-1 to 41-8) which communicate with the top dead center side communication port (31) and the bottom dead center side communication port (32).
Abstract:
A compressor mounted on a vehicle-side mounting section by using through bolts. The area of a first mounting surface of the compressor at which the compressor is mounted on the vehicle-side mounting section is set greater than the area of a second mounting surface where a seat surface for a head of each through bolt is formed. Because both the mounting surfaces have different areas, vibration is suppressed when the compressor is mounted in place. Thus, the simple improvement can effectively reduce vibration when the compressor is mounted on the vehicle-side mounting section using through bolts.
Abstract:
A compressor is disclosed. The compressor includes an upper shell and a lower shell forming an appearance of the compressor. The compressor also includes a coupling portion provided between the upper shell and the lower shell and configured to protrude from a side surface of the upper shell or the lower shell to outside the upper shell or the lower shell. The coupling portion includes at least one coupling protrusion configured to protrude from a side surface of a flange portion to the outside, to increase a rigidity of the flange portion and the coupling portion.
Abstract:
A sleeping system is provided, including an air bladder and a diaphragm pump. The diaphragm pump communicates with the air bladder. The diaphragm pump includes a base, a first inlet, a first outlet, a first noise-eliminating foam, a pump body and a cover. The first inlet is formed on the base. The first outlet is formed on the base. The first noise-eliminating foam is disposed in the base. The cover is connected to the base and covers the pump body, wherein air flow passes through the first inlet into the base and travels through the pump body and the first noise-eliminating foam, and leaves the diaphragm pump through the first outlet to be infused into the air bladder.
