    Abstract: PURPOSE: Disclosed is an aluminum product whose surface is deposited with a chemical coating film of tin, bismuth and cobalt maintaining lubricity while its wear resistance and adhesion are improved. CONSTITUTION: A product having the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and exposed to sliding friction when used is applied with a chemical coating film composed of tin, 0.2 to 10.0 wt% cobalt and 0.1 to 12 wt% bismuth. For example, at least a part of the part in contact with a shoe on the swash plate of a swash plate type compressor is applied with the coating film. Its thickness is preferably controlled to 0.8 to 2.5 microns. The chemical coating film on the swash plate(20) allows the use of a low silicon aluminum alloy without using metallic plating and finish polishing.
