기기의 배관에 설치되어, 배관 유로 내의 압력을 일시적으로 축압하고, 혹은 펌프 등에 의해 배관 내에 발생하는 유체 압력의 맥동을 흡수하는 어큐뮬레이터에 있어서, 0℃ 이하의 저온 환경에서의 블레이더(3)의 반복되는 굽힘과 인장 운동에 대한 내구성을 향상시키고, 가스실의 쿠션 가스의 감소를 유효하게 방지하기 위해, 블레이더(3)가, 예컨대 중심 탄성층(321)과, 그 바깥쪽의 가스 차폐층(322)과, 더 바깥쪽의 외측 탄성층(323)의 적층 구조를 가지며, 상기 중심 탄성층(321), 가스 차폐층(322) 및 외측 탄성층(323)이 폴리아미드 수지로 이루어지고, 상기 가스 차폐층(322)은 상기 중심 탄성층(321) 및 외측 탄성층(323)보다 굽힘 탄성률이 높아지도록 하였다.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydraulic accumulator, preferably a membrane accumulator, in particular for damping pulsations in fluid circuits, comprising an accumulator housing (12), with at least one inlet (14) and an outlet (16) for the fluid for damping, whereby a separating element (18), preferably in the form of a membrane, separates a gas reservoir (20) from a fluid chamber (22) within the accumulator housing (12). According to the invention, a hydraulic accumulator with high working capacity of high reliability which little space requirement despite high accumulation capacity for the working gas in the gas reservoir (20) can be achieved, whereby an embodiment has a support device (24) within the accumulator housing (12), running within the gas reservoir (20) or defining the same, forming a possible support for the separating element (18) and the gas reservoir (20) of the accumulator housing (12) is sufficiently large in dimension that the total necessary gas volume is retained within the accumulator housing (12) itself and/or alternatively the membrane is formed from an elastic material, in particular a rubber material and comprises polytetrafluoroethylene or compounds thereof as a gas barrier layer.

Un accumulateur hydraulique comprend une cloison (12) située dans un logement (10) qui sépare une chambre à liquide (14) d'une chambre à gaz (16) à l'intérieur du logement (10) et qui est retenue par un élément de retenue (30) relié à un élément de liaison (32). Afin d'établir cette liaison, l'élément de retenue (30) entoure au moins partiellement l'élément de liaison (32).
Abstract:
L'Accumulateur Oléo-pneumatique comporte deux enceintes séparées par une membrane souple, l'une remplie de gaz sous pression, l'autre rempliede liquide hydraulique. Les différentes pièces sont maintenues serrées les unes contre les autres par un moyen d'assemblage mis au préalable sous tension de façon à assurer une précontrainte supérieure à l'effort de séparation provoqué par la pression hydraulique maximum de séparation. Un corps cylindrique central (1) est disposé entre deux bouchons (2 et 3) qui sont reliés par au moins un tirant 6 mis préalablement en tension de façon à assurer un assemblage par serrage précontraint.
