PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that prevents a heat reflection member from being peeled off when the heat reflection member is attached onto a backboard constituting the back face of the refrigerator and maintains a heat dissipation amount.SOLUTION: Flange parts 119a and 119b of the right and left side face plates 117a and 117b of a refrigerator 100 and a backboard 109 onto which a first heat reflection member 110 is attached are lapped. The edge face of the first heat reflection member 110 is assembled to be sandwiched between the flange parts 119a and 119b, and backboard 109, thereby preventing the first heat reflection member 110 from being peeled off.

An apparatus that utilizes the heat transfer ability of cryogenic materials to maintain its contents at low temperatures includes a container having inner and outer shells. The inner and outer shells have a chamber formed therebetween. An insulation layer is disposed within the chamber. The inner shell is disposed within the outer shell to form a chamber for receiving therein a material for storage and/or transport therebetween. A phase change material is disposed within the storage chamber and includes cut-outs for receiving therein a cryogenic material. Alternatively, a pre-charged phase change material insert is provided in the storage chamber and/or the storage chamber is packed with a filler material pre-chilled in a cryogenic material. A lid seals the container.

A method of packaging and thermally-insulating at least one product includes placing at least one first coolant member (102) on or adjacent at least one surface of at least one product (101). The at least one product and the at least one first coolant member are placed inside a first thermally-insulated bag (200); placing at least one second coolant member (502, 504, 506, 508) on or adjacent at least one surface of the first thermally-insulated bag. The first thermally- insulated bag and the least one second coolant member are placed inside a second thermally-insulated bag (700).
Abstract:
A glass for use in a freezer/refrigerator, which has a tin oxide film and a silicon oxide film laminated in this order on a surface of a glass substrate and further has a tin oxide film added with fluorine (a low radiation film) formed on the surface of the silicon oxide film; and a glass article using the glass. The glass is arranged in a manner such that the side having the low radiation film faces the inside of the freezer/refrigerator. The glass allows ensuring the thermal insulation of the freezer/refrigerator and further preventing the condensation of moisture and achieving a desired transparency, without the use of excessive electric energy and at a low cost. Further, a glass article, such as a double glazing, improved in thermal insulation can be prepared by using 2 or more sheets of the glass.
