Abstract:
In the process for the continuous firing of ceramic pipes (30), the pipes (30) lie on two support bars (34, 35) running in the longitudinal direction (28) of the furnace (26). Said support bars (34, 35) form a plurality of descending sections (36, 37) down which the pipes (30) can roll. To each descending section (36, 37) is allocated a stop (40) which is provided at the end of a descending section and is fitted across the length (28) of the furnace (26). On rolling down the descending section (36, 37), the pipes (30) acquire sufficient kinetic energy, for them to be redirected across the longitudinal direction (28) on striking the stop (40).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A material distance control apparatus is provided which freely controls a distance between materials charged into a heating furnace, that is, freely controls a working beam stroke according to characteristics of each materials. CONSTITUTION: The material distance control apparatus comprises a connection base(12) adhered onto the upper part of a working beam back and forth moving frame(26) and a beam(5); a second connection arm(17) at both sides of which two clasps are formed to maintain the beam(5) to a certain height; a first connection arm(16) one side of which has a catch hole, and the other side of which is connected to the connection base(12) by an arm pin(13); a pair of rolls(4) fixing the beam(5) from up and down; a roll box(3) which is fixed to the roll, and in which a roll fixing part is assembled with a bearing, a beam(5) fixed to the working beam back and forth moving frame(26); a rack(6) attached to the side surface of the beam(5) to rotate a gear(7); a bearing housing(8) attached to a plate to fix the gear; a housing hole(9) smoothing the operation of the beam; a gear(7) fixed by the housing(8) and engaged with the rack(6) so that the gear is rotated as the rack is being moved forward; a sensing plate(10) connected to a shaft of the gear and having a plurality of sensing holes; sensing holes(18) a plurality of which are perforated on the sensing plate(10); a sensing sensor(11) checking the number of revolutions using light; a plate(2) to which the roll box and the bearing housing are fixed, and which is connected to a lower base; a base(1) fixing the control apparatus to the ground; a selection switch controlling the control apparatus; and a stroke setting switch selecting a stroke distance of the working beam through the selection switch.
