Abstract: An acceleration and inclination measuring system based on optical fibers is provided to improve durability, to simplify the structure, and to properly apply for an existing measuring instrument. An acceleration and inclination measuring system based on optical fibers(122) includes: a cantilever(110) of which one end is fixed to a construction structure and the other end is equipped with inertia mass, provided with at least one optical fiber mounting surface and bent vertically to the optical fiber mounting surface; at least one FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating) sensor(120A,120B) installed the optical fiber mounting surface of the cantilever; and an optical beam measuring instrument(140) combined to at least one stage of the FBG sensor to measure acceleration or inclination in a direction vertical to the optical fiber mounting surface according to the deformation of the FBG sensor generated as the construction structure is moved by external force.
