Abstract:
In an image-forming device (10), an image-reading unit (14) reads an image formed on an original document (12). A data-reading unit reads data stored in a storing member (12A) of the original document. A duplication-performing unit (21,22) performs a plurality of duplication processes including at least an image/data-duplication process in which the duplication-performing unit forms the read image on a first recording medium (17) having a storing member (17A) and writes the read data to the storing member of the first recording medium, and a data-duplication process in which the duplication-performing unit writes the read data to the storing member of the first recording medium without forming the read image on the first recording medium. A receiving unit receives an image/data-duplication instruction and a data-duplication instruction. The duplication-performing unit performs the image/data-duplication process if the receiving unit receives the image/data-duplication instruction, and performs the data-duplication process if the receiving unit receives the data-duplication instruction.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a portable electronic apparatus by performing an efficient layout for an image display sheet in a cabinet. SOLUTION: A camera body 3 of a digital camera 2 comprises a grip portion 3a and a drawer path portion 3b. A power button 13, a decision button 14, mode buttons 15a and 15b, a draw-in lever 16, and an electronic finder 17 are arranged at the rear surface, and a release button 19 is arranged in the top surface. A battery 26 used as power source and an image display sheet 30 rolled round the battery are accommodated within the grip portion 3a. When the image display sheet 30 is in use, it is pulled out to the exterior of the camera body 3 and an image is displayed. When the image display sheet 30 is in an accommodated status, the electronic finder 17 becomes an activation status and an image display sheet becomes a stop status. Abstract:
A mark irradiation unit (130) irradiates an object with a mark. An image capture unit (140) captures an image of the object, and generates image data. Then, an image capture area data generation unit recognizes a position of the mark in the object, and cuts out image capture area data which is apart of the image data on the basis of the mark. For this reason, the mark irradiation unit (130) irradiates the object with the mark, and thus even when a positioning symbol is not printed on the object to be stored as the image data, only a necessary portion in the image data is cut out.
Abstract:
A pixel array module with a self-test function including a test circuit unit, a plurality of test lines, and a pixel array is provided. The test circuit unit provides the self-test function. The test lines are connected between the test circuit unit and the pixel array. The pixel array is connected to the test circuit unit through the test lines and includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a transistor. Each transistor has a first terminal and a second terminal. Regarding each of the pixels, a driving signal of the transistor is transmitted from the first terminal to the second terminal thereof under a normal mode, and a test signal of the transistor is transmitted from the second terminal to the first terminal thereof under a test mode. Furthermore, a self-test method of the foregoing pixel array module is also provided.

A wireless communication device operable as a digital image capturing device (wireless digital camera) may be used to associate processing information with a captured image. The wireless communication device may communicate information to a network server, such as a WAP server and/or a process server for processing. A process associated with the communicated information is identified and initiated to process the information.
Abstract:
A body of an electronic camera comprises a grip portion and a passage portion. The rear of the electronic camera is provided with a power button, a decision button, mode buttons, a retracting lever and an electronic viewfinder. The top of the electronic camera is provided with a release button. The grip portion contains a battery being as a power source, and a movable image display sheet wound around the periphery thereof. The movable image display sheet is drawn out of the camera body to display images at a usage time. When the movable image display sheet is retracted, the electronic viewfinder is activated and the movable image display sheet is deactivated. When the movable image display sheet is extracted, the electronic viewfinder is deactivated and the movable image display sheet is activated.
