    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device module in which a weak point of the conventional art is minimized and which has a pulling part structure for effectively preventing disconnection of a back light wire of the liquid crystal display device module. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device module includes a liquid crystal display device panel having a display region, a back light having a lamp providing light to the liquid crystal display panel, a first frame covering an edge and a side surface part of the display region of the liquid crystal display device panel, a second frame supporting the panel and the back light between the first and the second frame, a lower cover supporting the second frame along the longitudinal direction of the lamp and a wire holder guiding the wire pulled out from the lamp and mounted on the lower cover. Thus, the disconnection of the wire pulled out from the lamp of the back light is prevented by the wire holder.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal oxide conductor this film, which is low in specific resistance, is low also in light transmittance, is low in the contact resistance between the conductor thin film and a copper thin film, has little irregularity in the contact resistance and has uniform characteristics. SOLUTION: A metal oxide conductor thin film which has a thickness of 1000 to 1200 Å, a specific resistance of 300 to 400 Ωcm, a light transmittance of 85% or higher and the contact resistance between the conductor thin film and a copper thin film of 1.0×10-6 Ωcm or lower is formed. Such the metal oxide conductor thin film is obtained by a forming method, where at the beginning of the formation of the conductor thin film, the conductor thin film is formed by a sputtering method in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, then the conductor thin film is formed by the sputtering method in an oxidizing atmosphere containing enriched oxygen. By adopting this conductor thin film, as the specific resistance of the conductor thin film is low and the light transmittance of the conductor thin film is high in the case where the conductor thin film is used as a transparent pixel electrode, the conductor thin film has the advantage capable of obtaining a high-luminance liquid crystal display image plane. Moreover, in the case where the conductor thin film is used as a protective film for the terminal parts of a liquid crystal display device, as the contact resistance between the conductor thin film and a copper wiring is low and an irregularity in the contact resistance is also little, the conductor thin film has the advantage capable of obtaining the liquid crystal display device of a stable operation.

However, a recess-formed member can be installed on the side wall 11 of the metal sash to prevent the damage of the metal sash. Due to this structure, the number of components can be reduced. Moreover, even when the liquid crystal display cannot be supported by screws because of a small thickness of the display, it can be joined to the hinge frame by the side faces.
