    Abstract: 本發明之目的係提供一具有較高導電性且無論其拉張性,耐彎曲性及柔軟性皆佳,可形成較佳適用於蓄電池之電極構件的導電性樹脂組合物。第一形態係包含有:(A)可熱塑性樹脂100質量部;(B)碳奈米管(Carbon Nanotube)1~60質量部;以及(C)乙炔黑(acetylene black)1~60質量部,(A)可熱塑性樹脂係由:(A1)氯含有量為20~45質量%之氯化聚乙烯30~80質量%;以及(A2)不同於該(A1)之聚乙烯70~20質量%所構成之樹脂組合物。於第二形態上,(A)可熱塑性樹脂係符合(A3)下列特性(p)及(q)之聚乙烯。(p)於DSC融解曲線中,最高溫度側之峰頂融點為120℃以上;以及(q)於DSC融解曲線中,全融解焓值對溫度110℃以下之融解焓值之比例為50~80%。

    Abstract: Disclosed is a coating material comprising 100 parts by mass of an acid-modified polypropylene (A) and at least 450 parts by mass of organic solvents (B), wherein the acid-modified polypropylene has a melting point of 90°C or lower and the organic solvents (B) comprises 80-99 mass% aromatic hydrocarbon solvent (B1) and 20-1 mass% one or more solvents (B2) selected from the group consisting of ester-based solvents, ketone-based solvents, and alcohol-based solvents, the sum of the proportion of the ingredient (B1) and the proportion of the ingredient (B2) being 100 mass%. The coating material may further contain a compound (C) having, in the molecule, two or more functional groups capable of forming a chemical bond with a carboxyl group, in an amount of 0.1-20 parts by mass. The compound (C) having, in the molecule, two or more functional groups capable of forming a chemical bond with a carboxyl group may be one having no hydrolyzable group. Also disclosed are: a coating film formed from the coating material; a layered product comprising the coating film and a substrate film; and a flexible flat cable including the layered product.

    Abstract: A hard coat laminated film sequentially comprises, from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a resin film layer, wherein the first hard coat is formed of a coating material containing no inorganic particles, the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing inorganic particles, the resin film comprises (α) at least one layer of an acrylic resin comprising 50 to 95% by mole of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and 50 to 5% by mole of a structural unit derived from vinylcyclohexane relative to 100% by mole of the total amount of structural units derived from a polymerizable monomer, and the following (i) to (iii) are satisfied: (i) a total light transmittance of 85% or more; (ii) a pencil hardness on the first hard coat surface of 5H or more; and (iii) a yellowness index of 3 or less.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a coating material containing: (A) 100 parts by mass of an acrylic curable resin; (B) 5-200 parts by mass of aluminum oxide particles having an average particle size of 1-100 µm; (C) 0.1-20 parts by mass of aluminum oxide fine particles having an average particle size of 1-100 nm; and (D) 1-100 parts by mass of a compound having two or more isocyanate groups per molecule, wherein the acrylic curable resin (A) includes: (a1) a structural unit derived from a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester; (a2) a structural unit derived from a vinyl aromatic compound; and (a3) a structural unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester. In one embodiment, the acrylic curable resin (A) may contain, in addition to the structural units (a1) and (a2): (a3-1) a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate; and (a3-2) a structural unit derived from an aliphatic (including alicyclic) alkyl ester having 4 or more carbon atoms of a (meth)acrylic acid.
