    Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless power transmitting device, a wireless charging device and a wireless charging system using the same are provided to reduce outputs from a transmission circuit part by sensing the difference of signal levels of a sensing resonator through energy absorption from a transmission resonator. CONSTITUTION: A sensing resonator(140) changes a current or voltage by absorbing energy. A level detector(150) is physically connected to the sensing resonator. The level detector is connected to one or both ends of a circuit of the sensing resonator in order to sense the change of size of the current or voltage. A transmission circuit part(110) does not output maximum power by exciting a transmission feeder(120) in order to form a magnetic field from a transmission resonator(130). A receiver(200) comprises a reception resonator(220), a receiving circuit(210), and a charge part(230).
