    Abstract: 본발명에따른유증기회수장치는유증기의배출을위한유증기배출관(400)에접속된제1 인입홀(402)를통하여양의압력을가지고배출되는유증기를받아들여버퍼링하며바닥면에는버퍼링된유증기를냉각탱크(42)로투입하는투입홀(404)이형성되어있는버퍼링부(40)와, 내측표면에는냉매가흐르는냉각선이설치되고내부에는부동액이저장되어이루어지며상기투입홀(404)을통하여받아들인유증기를냉각하여바닥면에설치된배출홀(422)로배출하는냉각탱크(42), 및유증기회수저장부(44)를포함하되, 상기버퍼링부(40)의저면과상기냉각탱크(42)의상면은동일한면적으로이루어지고, 상기냉각탱크(42) 내부에는코일상으로꼬여진파이프형상으로이루어져부동액의사이를통과하도록설치되는복수개의유증기통과파이프(420)를포함하는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에따른유증기응축회수장치는스테이지Ⅰ또는스테이지Ⅱ와무관하게저장탱크의압력을이용하여유증기응축회수장치로유증기가포함된공기를밀어넣게되고, 버퍼링탱크에서냉각관이내측표면에직접설치되어냉각속도가향상된냉각탱크내에복수개의병렬연결된코일상냉각회수관을통과시킴으로써막힘현상이없을뿐만아니라응축액화량이종래기술대비 40% 이상증가된다는효과가있다.

    Abstract: A vapor recovery device according to the present invention comprises a buffering unit (40) which receives and buffers discharged vapor having uplift pressure through a first inlet hole (402) connected to a vapor discharge pipe (400) for the discharge of the vapor and has an inserting hole (404) on the bottom surface to insert the buffered vapor into a cooling tank (42); the cooling tank (42) which has a cooling line, in which refrigerants flow, on the inner surface, stores antifreeze therein, cools the vapor received through the inserting hole (404), and discharges the vapor through a discharge hole (422) formed on the bottom plane; and a vapor recovery storage unit (44). The bottom surface of the buffering unit (40) and the top surface of the cooling tank (42) have the same area. Multiple vapor passing pipes (420), which have a pipe shape which is twisted into a coil shape, are installed by passing through the antifreeze inside the cooling tank (42). A vapor condensation recovery device according to the present invention pushes air including vapor in the vapor condensation recovery device using pressure of a storage tank regardless of stage I or stage II. A cooling pipe is directly installed on the inner surface of a buffering tank and multiple coil-shaped cooling recovery pipes, connected in parallel, pass through the cooling tank in which cooling speed is improved. Therefore, the vapor condensation recovery device removes a blockage phenomenon and increases condensation liquefied mass flow rate by 40% than the conventional technology.
