Abstract: PURPOSE: A method is provided to inform function-performing states to a user of a fixed device, through the fixed device of a wireless telephone in the fixed device of the wireless telephone. CONSTITUTION: A method for showing function-performing states in a communication device comprises the steps of: transmitting information for showing a recording function to a fixed device when performing the recording function; transmitting information for showing a replaying function when performing the replaying function; transmitting information for showing a deleting function when performing the deleting function; informing that it is in process of the recording function, when the information for showing the recording function is received in the fixed device; informing that it is in process of the replaying function, when the information for showing the replaying function is received in the fixed device; and informing that it is in process of the deleting function, when the information for showing the deleting function is received in the fixed device.
