A fitting (1; 100) comprising an outer body (10; 110) and an inside gripper element (24; 124) suitable for blocking the extremity of a pipe (2). The gripper element comprises a terminal edge (30) on which can be exercised an axial force for moving the gripper in an advanced release position. On said terminal edge is fitted an annular protection element (40) comprising an inner lipped portion (42) extending in a radial direction towards the inside of the axial cavity of the outer body of the fitting so as to interact with the outer surface of the pipe. The outer body also comprises a cylindrical terminal portion (34) extending in an axial direction at least until it surrounds said protection element (40) so that the terminal edge of the gripper element is only accessible by means of a special tool.

This invention has been designed for use in the living spaces when manufacturing encased service installation works during construction stage in residential, commercial, hotels, etc. buildings so as to be connected to armatures, fixtures, radiators, etc. devices to be used in the living spaces from rising mains or from distribution header for protection of the end part of the pipes running through floor concrete, floor screed or through walls and for continuous testing, thus securing of the pipes coming to the devices, by offering visual quality as well as for ensuring such service installations used in the buildings to have longer life. The installation kit comprises such parts and sections, namely as the housing box main body (1), pipe fitting elbow (2), visual cover body (3), moving cover (4), fixing ring (5), coupling clamp assembly (6), pipe fitting elbow assembly (7), housing box protecting cover -1 (8), housing box main body (9) and housing box protecting cover -2 (10).

The present invention relates to a joint for plumbing using a wedge action, which can easily and rapidly assemble and disassemble a pipe. The joint can maximize tensile stopping power of the product by mounting a stopper in such a manner as to occupy the maximum area, increase sealing effect and convenience in insertion of the pipe by adopting a packing the most suitable for the joint, and prevent introduction of dust from the outside. For this, a spring is designed in such a way that the final round of the spring forms a round, and thereby the present invention maximizes a stopper receiving capacity. In addition, the present invention adopts an X-ring as a packing, and a dust seal is mounted in an inlet in which the pipe is inserted.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Steckverbinder (1) für Medienleitungen, bestehend aus einem Gehäuseteil (2) mit einer Steckaufnahme (4) zum mediendichten Einstecken eines rohrstückförmigen Einsteckteils (6). Innerhalb der Steckaufnahme (4) sind - ausgehend von einer mündungsseitigen Schmutzdichtung (10) in Einsteckrichtung (12) gesehen - zunächst ein Halteelement (14) zum Arretieren des eingesteckten Einsteckteils (6) und daran anschließend eine Mediendichtung (16) angeordnet. Dabei ist ein Leckagepfad derart gebildet, dass in einer durch das Halteelement (14) arretierten, aber noch nicht über die Mediendichtung (16) abgedichteten Vorarretierstellung des Einsteckteils (6) eine definiert begrenzte, physisch wahrnehmbare Undichtigkeit gewährleistet ist. Der Leckagepfad ist durch auf dem Außenumfang (38) des Einsteckteils (6) angeordnete Vertiefungen (40) gebildet, die in der Vorarretierstellung einerseits im Bereich der Mediendichtung (16) und andererseits im Bereich der Schmutzdichtung (10) angeordnet sind.

Bei einer Wellrohrverbindung ist ein Ende eines Wellrohres (1) in ein Verbindungs- und Anschlussstück (2) eingesteckt und mittels Befestigungsmitteln darin festgelegt. Vor dem Anschlussstück (2) ist am Mantel des Wellrohres (1) ein ringförmiges Zusatzelement (4) angeordnet. Zwischen diesem Zusatzelement (4) und dem Wellrohr (1) einerseits sowie dem Anschlussstück (2) andererseits sind Dichtungsspalte ausgebildet, welche als Labyrinthdichtung wirken und gegen das Eindringen von Hochdruckwasser schützen.

The present invention is a high pressure quick connector (20) especially for use in connecting brake lines of a vehicle. The connector includes a housing (22) which selectively receives a tube retainer cap (24). Retaining means (48) such as a garter spring (50) or snap ring allow for a low force insertion of the cap (24) into the housing (22) with a very high pull-off force. The cap (24) is used to trap a tube (26) with a bead (30) upset, and the tube (26) may be removed after the cap (24) is unlocked. A second way of releasing the tube includes the use of a tube retainer plug (360) selectively received in the cap (354), the upset (30) trapped between the plug (360) and cap (354). The plug (360) can be removed while the cap (354) is still locked in the housing (352), releasing the tube (26). A release tool may be used to unlock the cap (354) from the housing (352). An insertion indicator ring (400) is used to establish the locking of the cap (354) within the housing (352). A dust boot (94) prevents contaminants from interfering with the operation of the connector.

Improvements to instantaneous connections for smooth and bare pipes comprising a hollow body with a bore equal to the fluid passage and an inner housing of appropriate shapes wherein are arranged a sealing means and a pipe holding means, the housing being limited by a bearing and a stopping means. The housing which has at least two successive bores (1a-1b) contains a sealing member (2) and a holding member (4) which, axially sliding within said housing, includes a servo-control means (6) by friction to the pipe (7), which pipe drives, at the mounting of the pipe, the holding part (4) to the bottom where it has its teeth (4a) freely opened and which hands cannot scratch the pipe; in the other direction, the pipe drives the holding piece (4) to the cone 3a, or by conical effect it grips to the pipe (7). The dismounting of the pipe (7) is effected by pushing the holding piece (4) by (5) to the bottom of the connection, the teeth (4a) being then opened, thus making it possible to remove the pipe without scratching it.
