Abstract:
A seat (1) including a seat back (4), a walk-in lever (7) that is configured to release the seat back (4) so that the seat back (4) may rotate, a slide mechanism having an upper rail and lower rail, whereby the seat moves in the fore-aft direction due to motion of the upper rail relative to the lower rail, a connection device between the seat back (4) and the slide mechanism, that is configured to release the slide mechanism, wherein rotation of the seat back (4) by a predetermined amount releases the slide mechanism so that the seat (1) may slide in a fore-aft direction.
Abstract:
A vehicle sun roof device includes a panel for covering an opening in a roof of the vehicle. The panel can be moved horizontally to uncover the opening or tilted to raise its rear end section to a venting position. A drive system for tilting the panel includes front and rear shoes. The rear shoe tilts the panel by applying a force to the rear end section of the panel. The front shoe includes an upwardly facing support surface and a downwardly facing support surface. A bracket fixed to the panel and extending in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle includes an upwardly facing bearing surface and a downwardly facing bearing surface arranged to slidably engage the downwardly facing support surface and the upwardly facing support surface, respectively, of the front shoe. The support surfaces and the bearing surfaces are configured to define a virtual pivot axis for the panel as the panel tilts.
Abstract:
A release mechanism of a seat, including a two way motion actuator (10) that moves in both a first direction and in a second direction; a recliner release mechanism (19, 20) that releases a recliner of the seat in response to the two way motion actuator moving in the first direction; and a slide release mechanism (30, 33, 35) that releases a slide mechanism of the seat in response to the two way motion actuator moving in the second direction. The release mechanism also including a first unintentional movement prevention device (17) that prevents the slide mechanism from being released when the two way motion actuator moves in the first direction; and a second unintentional movement prevention device (38) that prevents the recliner from being released when the two way motion actuator moves in the second direction.
Abstract:
A door handle apparatus for a vehicle is provided. The door handle includes a door handle body that is configured to be disposed at a door of the vehicle. A light source is mounted inside the door handle body. A light-transmitting member is located between the light source and the door handle body. The light-transmitting member is partially exposed to an exterior of the door handle body.
