PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting an electric dust collector and an electric dust collector.SOLUTION: The method for converting an electric dust collector 10 housing a fixed electrode type electric dust collector 28 in a casing 12 replaces the fixed electrode type electric dust collector 28 with a moving dust collecting electrode 46 and a discharge electrode 54 corresponding to the moving dust collecting electrode 46. A hopper 20 located at the lower end of the casing 12 facing the fixed electrode type electric dust collector 28, is removed to form a lower opening 64, and a hoist 78 is disposed at a position facing the lower opening 64 of the casing 12. After the fixed electrode type electric dust collector 28 is removed, the moving dust collecting electrode 46 and the discharge electrode 54 are lifted by the hoist 78 and carried in through the lower opening 64.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing fine iron powder from rolling oil having new structure greatly improving separation efficiency of iron. SOLUTION: The apparatus for removing fine iron powder from rolling oil comprises: a frame 20 provided on a tank 11 containing rolling oil including fine iron; a magnetic unit 30 which is moved up and down by an elevating means so as to be located inside or above the tank while vertically held by the frame and is formed in a panel-like shape to allow the fine iron to be attached onto the surface having magnetic force; and a scraper unit which is disposed at one side of the frame located transverse to the magnetic unit and comprises a scraper 51 contacting or separating from the surface of the magnetic unit so as to pass the magnetic unit, and separating the fine iron while contacting the surface of the magnetic unit and a chute 52 located on lower one side of the scraper for collecting or conveying the fine iron. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system particularly for a spray dryer, having at least one heating element, at least one heating unit having an opening hole metallic form, a fluid input part and a fluid output part. SOLUTION: The invention also relates to a method for simultaneously performing heating and laminating of fluid by using the opening hole metallic form. The invention further relates to an electrostatic dust collector having at least one, particularly, sleeve-shaped electrode releasably connectable or connected to a base part of the dust collector. In addition, the invention relates to a separator for separating a particle from an inner surface of the sleeve-shaped electrode. The separator includes a separation means for separating the particle from the inner surface. The invention furthermore relates to a particle separation method. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flotage trapping device using an electrostatic field, in which such a problem is solved that the maintainability and assembling property of a collector (a dust seizer) for trapping flotages are poor. SOLUTION: Only a collector portion is unitized. A mechanically fixing mechanism detachable through one-touch operation and a high-voltage electric connector detachable through one-touch operation are arranged between the collector portion and a main body having a power source and a boosting unit to facilitate the work of detaching the collector portion from the main body. Both ends of one positive or negative electric wire forming the collector are fixed mechanically and respectively to two box units, which are opposed to each other, of the collector portion. A pulley to be rotated freely and relatively to the box unit is arranged at each of turning back points of the middle of the electric wire and the electric wire is hung and turned back at each of the pulleys so that the collector portion is formed by several turned-back portions, which are parallel to one another, of the electric wire. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blow type ionizer capable of memorizing and maintaining an angle of mounting an ionizer body on a mounting tool even after dismounting the body, capable of re-mounting it at the same angle as before, reducing a man-hour for adjusting a mounting angle, with improved workability by making the cleaning and exchange of a discharging needle and the cleaning of a fan easy. SOLUTION: The air blow type ionizer, generating an ion by impressing a high voltage on the discharging needle and blowing an ionized air toward an object to be destaticized by a fan, has a mounting angle maintaining structure composed of the ionizer body 10 having the discharging needle 107 and the fan 106, a stay 30 serving as the mounting tool or the like to which the ionizer body 10 is mounted, and a screw 38, an angle plate 37, and an engaging hole 16b or the like for maintaining a mounting angle of the ionizer body 10 to the stay 30 even after dismounting the ionizer body 10 from the stay 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of protecting an electrode in the shape of a needle at a low cost so that the cleaning maintenance of an air cleaning device can be made safe and easy, and also the reliability of a product can be improved. SOLUTION: The air cleaning device is provided with a first electrode in the shape of a hollow cylinder having both ends open, a second electrode having a tip end portion of a predetermined length including a pointed tip and an other end portion, with the tip end portion facing the first electrode while the other end portion is set up along the cylinder axis of the first electrode so as to be located outside one of the open ends of the first electrode, an insulator member covering the second electrode except the tip end portion, and a power supply for applying a high voltage across the two electrodes in order to create a corona discharge and for generating ozone and also ion wind flowing out of the other open end of the first electrode. The magnetic assemblies are pivotally mounted to the pipe via a framework.
