    Abstract: The present invention relates to the manufacturing of adhesive tapes having a backing consisting of a polypropylene or other olefinic polymer or copolymer film, one side of which is coated by elastomeric or plastomeric adhesive systems (as applied from solutions, emulsions, in a molted condition, etc., according to the technologies known in the art), the other side being coated with or without corona or flame treatment, with antiadhesive systems which facilitate the unwinding operation of the tape either in the processing and in the application, but at the same time may receive printing inks of the flexoroto-silk-screen type inks suitable for the printing of polyolefinic films. The application of antiadhesive systems which are ink compatible can be carried out either on line, namely during the tape coating process, and on tapes already coated by means of the duly modified printing machine. In some cases there is foreseen the application, immediately after the printing process, of an additional antiadhesive layer to facilitate the unwinding operation and application of the printed tapes.

    Abstract: Adhesive tape that includes a support provided with a first or front face and a second or rear face, an adhesive layer that covers at least part of the rear face, a mixed layer that covers the front face. The mixed layer has two successive coatings that include an “anti-slip” coating and a “anti-adherent” coating, each of which can be carried out first or second, and which form an alternation of thin parts and thick parts. The coating carried out first covers a predetermined area of the surface of the front face, and the coating carried out secondly covers a predetermined area of the surface formed by the front face at least partially covered by the coating carried out first. The anti-slip coating covers an area comprised between 5 to 80% of the area of the front face with a first composition forming a layer having anti-slip properties, the layer having a minimum thickness of 4 μm. The anti-adherent coating covers an area of between 20 to 100% of the area of the front face with a second composition forming a layer with anti-adherent properties, the layer with anti-adherent properties having a maximum thickness of 3 μm.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an ultra-quiet backing-paper-free cold laminating film comprising a substrate layer, a release layer, and an adhesive layer, the release layer and the adhesive layer being each attached to a respective side of the substrate layer, the release layer being obtained by drying a release agent applied on the substrate layer, and the release agent consisting of the following components by weight: 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, vinyltrimethoxysilane, 1-methyl-1-phenylethyl hydroperoxide, vinyl-terminated silicone resin, di-t-butyl cumene peroxide, fluorosiloxane, ethyl acetate, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, a toughening agent, polysiloxane-polyether copolymer, silicone and wax powder. In the invention, the peel strength is reduced; it is ensured that the release force of the cold laminating film is not affected by the external environment, such that the cold laminating film has good stability; and meanwhile the subsequent adhesion of the release layer is improved, so that it can ensure that the adhesive force of the adhesive layer would not be affected after long-term adhesion between the adhesive layer and the release layer.
