The invention concerns a concrete pump, of the type comprising a pair of pumping cylinders alternatively operating under the control of a backflow hydraulic pump - to draw concrete from a hopper and feed it, by way of a rocking valve (S-valve), into the transport and delivery duct - wherein said cylinders are provided with stops to control the starting movement of the S-valve. According to the invention, the speed of the piston stroke of said cylinders is modulated by being increased in the initial length of said stroke, and electronic means are provided to control said speed according to the maximum concrete capacity allowed by the pump.

발명 특허 : "공진 리니어 압축기를 위한 작동 시스템, 공진 리니어 압축기를 작동시키기 위한 방법 및 공진 리니어 압축기" 본 발명은 냉각 시스템에 적용되는 공진 리니어 압축기(50)의 작동 시스템에 관한 것으로, 후자는 특히 상기 냉각 시스템의 과부하(overload)의 조건에서 시스템이 리니어 액츄에이터에 의해 공급되는 최대 전력을 발생시킬 수 있도록 상기 압축기(50)의 전자기계적 공진에서 작동하도록 설계된다. 또한, 본 발명은 전자기계적 공진 주파수에서 장비를 작동시킬 뿐만 아니라, 과부하 조건에서 그 작동을 제어할 수 있는 작동 단계를 갖춘 공진 리니어 압축기(50)의 작동 방법에 관한 것이다.

A linear compressor driving apparatus (101) according to the present invention is a linear compressor driving apparatus having an inverter (2) which supplies a driving current of a predetermined frequency to a linear compressor (100), and the apparatus further includes an inverter controller (6) for controlling the inverter (2) on the basis of resonance frequency information so that the frequency of an output current from the inverter becomes equal to the resonance frequency, and instantaneous values of an output current Id and an output voltage Vd from the inverter (2) are measured at a phase timing in which an amount of change in the output current Id of the inverter (2) becomes zero, and a piston stroke is calculated from these measured values. In such linear compressor driving apparatus (101), a stroke and a top clearance of the piston of the linear compressor can be accurately detected by relatively simple arithmetic processing, without using a position sensor.

PURPOSE: A device and method for detecting trembling of stroke of linear compressor are provided to prevent wrong operation due to mistaking voltage fluctuation or noise for stroke trembling by detecting stroke trembling with changing amount of phase difference of stroke and current. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a linear compressor(200); a stroke voltage/current detective part(300); a stroke voltage/current phase difference detective part(400); a phase difference changing amount calculating part(500); a stroke trembling detective part(600); and a stroke controller(100). The phase difference changing amount calculating part repeatedly subtracts previously detected phase difference of stroke voltage/current from the phase difference of stroke voltage/current detected by the stroke voltage/current phase difference detective part to calculate a plurality of changing amounts of phase difference. The stroke trembling detective part receives a plurality of the changing amounts of phase difference from the phase difference changing amount calculating part to compare with fixed value to detect stroke trembling thereby. The stroke controller controls operation of the linear compressor by stroke commanding value and receives stroke trembling detective signal from the stroke trembling detective part to change stroke voltage by strength of the intended cooling performance to control the operation of the linear compressor.

용기내의 수용된 고점도의 재료를 빨아올려 이를 노즐에 압송하는 펌프유닛이 설치되어 있다. 펌프 유닛에는 재료의 빨아 올림과 압송을 행하기 위한 축부재가 접속되어 있고, 이축부재는 실린더로 공급되는 공기의 압력에 의하여 축방향으로 이동가능으로 되어 있다. 펌프유닛내에 빨아올려진 재료는 축부재가 하강하였을때의 압력상승에 의하여 노즐로부터 토출된다. 축부재에는 센서가 병설되어 있고, 센서의 검출결과는 콘트롤러에 부여된다. 콘트롤러는 정량 도포를 한 경우의 기준속도가 설정기능으로 되어, 이 기준속도와 축부재의 실제의 이동속도를 비교하여 압력보정을 하도록 되어 있다.
