Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing the powder containing an ascorbic acid 2-glucoside anhydrous crystal with which it is possible to produce a powder that will not show significant solidification, even when the production percentage of ascorbic acid 2-glucoside is less than 35 mass%.SOLUTION: A method for producing the powder containing an ascorbic acid 2-glucoside anhydrous crystal comprises: a step in which a solution containing either liquefied starch or dextrin and L-ascorbic acid is exposed to CGTase and then to glucoamylase in order to obtain a solution wherein the production percentage of ascorbic acid 2-glucoside is 27 mass% or greater; a step of purifying the resulting solution such that the ascorbic acid 2-glucoside content exceeds 86 mass%; a step of precipitating the ascorbic acid 2-glucoside anhydrous crystals by controlled cooling or semi-controlled cooling; and a step of recovering, aging, and drying the precipitated ascorbic acid 2-glucoside anhydrous crystals.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, using as foods and drinks and oral agents by making use of α-glycosyl hesperidin, a melanin decrease medicine, skin brightness decrease inhibitor, skin viscoelasticity decrease inhibitor, sebum amount decrease inhibitor, SCF production inhibitor, and itch inhibitor.SOLUTION: There are provided such a melanin decrease medicine, skin brightness decrease inhibitor, skin viscoelasticity decrease inhibitor, and sebum amount decrease inhibitor, including α-glycosyl hesperidin as an effective component, and there are provided such an SCF production inhibitor, and itch inhibitor comprising α-glycosyl hesperidin and/or hesperetin. Each agent is used as food and drink, or an oral agent (for instance, soft drink, tablet confectionery, candy, supplement, etc.).
