Abstract: The present invention provides the device for detecting an island position of an ingot growing furnace, comprising a control means for detecting the position of an island by analyzing the image obtained by the photographing means, wherein the control means derives a plurality of singularities with respect to the temperature or brightness from the image, derives a plurality of connection lines respectively forming straight lines by the mutual connection of a series of the singularities, considers an area in which the most intersections are generated as an island among areas in which the plurality of connection lines intersect each other, and determines whether the island is positioned in a seed contact area in which the seed is set to be lowered.

Abstract: Disclosed is a gallium (Ga)-doped LLZO solid electrolyte represented by Chemical Formula 1 below, a method of preparing the same, and an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery including the same. In the solid electrolyte according to the present invention and the preparation method thereof, the amounts of gallium and lithium of starting materials are adjusted and the flow rate of materials to be supplied is controlled, thus forming a high-precision cubic structure and improving sintering properties, thereby increasing the ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte. Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus comprising a reactor body to which gas and water are supplied to create a gas hydrate; an upper cover which is engaged to an upper portion of the reactor body, a scraper mounted rotationally within the reactor body, and a motor for providing a driving force to the scraper. It is possible to remove gas hydrate particles attached to at least one of an inner surface of the reactor body and an inner surface of the upper cover, by a rotary driving of the scraper. According to the invention, it is possible to prevent a material hindering a heat transfer by attaching on a wall surface of the reactor, through a process of scraping out gas hydrate particles, when the scraper which is rotationally driven about a center axis of the reactor is close to the inner surface of the reactor.

Abstract: The present invention provides a touch tag having a conductivity pattern corresponding to a touch point of a capacitive touch panel. A capacitive touch tag according to the present invention includes: a substrate; a plurality of capacitive touch points which are formed on the substrate and are arranged at arbitrary positions on a virtual lattice corresponding to a touch input sector of a capacitive touch panel of a personal information device; a conductive wire for connecting the capacitive touch points; and an electric charge transfer unit for transferring electric charges to the capacitive touch points through the conductive wire. When the capacitive touch tag comes into contact with a smartphone, the capacitive touch points are recognized according to a predetermined rule, a result of the recognition is transmitted to a server, and information corresponding thereto is received and displayed.
