Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-type supercapacitor and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: manufacturing an electrode film by using graphene or graphene oxide; forming a two-dimensional electrode by separating a graphene or graphene oxide electrode film into two independent electrodes through patterning; forming an in-plane structure of the two-dimensional electrode, and a current collector on an electrode; and manufacturing a supercapacitor with a micrometer thickness by supplying an electrolyte to the two-dimensional electrode. The film-type micro-supercapacitor can efficiently replace or support a battery in the field of microelectronics such as microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), paper-like displays, and smartcards, which require a very small power supply.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pattern transfer method and device, and a flexible display panel, a flexible solar cell, an E-book, a thin film transistor, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet, and a flexible printed circuit board to which the pattern transfer method or device is applied.SOLUTION: The pattern transfer method includes a first step for forming a pattern material on a substrate, a second step for hardening the pattern material in a solid-phase state, a third step for patterning the pattern material by irradiating the hardened pattern material in a solid-phase state with laser light, and a fourth step for pressing the patterned pattern material in a solid-phase state and a flexible substrate while abutting to each other, irradiating the pattern material and the flexible substrate with laser light from the pattern material in the direction of the flexible substrate or from the flexible substrate in the direction of the pattern material, and transferring the pattern material to the flexible substrate by viscous force generated at the abutting part of the pattern material and the flexible substrate.
